fa فراوانی میزان ارجاع و تشخیص های روانپزشکی در بیمارستان امام خمینی ساری در سال های 1386 و 1387 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>این بررسی با هدف تعیین فراوانی تشخیص های روانپزشکی به تفکیک رشته های تخصصی مشاوره دهنده و ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی بیماران در یک بیمارستان عمومی انجام گردید.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> تعداد 600 بیمار که مشاوره روانپزشکی دریافت کردند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تعداد کل بیماران پذیرش شده از فروردین 1386 تا فروردین 1387، 40992 بودند. در این پژوهش مشاوره های روانپزشکی از نظر ویژگی جمعیت شناختی، بخش تخصصی یا فوق تخصصی درخواست کننده مشاوره و تشخیص مطرح شده و توسط دستیار سال آخر روانپزشکی مقیم در بیمارستان که تحت نظر متخصص روانپزشکی کار می کردند بررسی شد. مشاوره های اورژانس نیز توسط دستیار روانپزشکی اعزامی بیمارستان آموزشی روانپزشکی زارع صورت گرفت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> میزان ارجاع و مشاوره روانپزشکی 0.9 درصد بوده که بیشترین میزان ارجاع بخش داخلی 2.4 درصد و کمترین میزان ارجاع زنان و زایمان و اورلوژی 0.1 درصد بوده است. بیشترین علت درخواست مشاوره، بررسی ارزیابی روانی بود (57.5 درصد). تشخیص های روانپزشکی مطرح شده بترتیب دلیریوم (16 درصد) و اختلال افسردگی اساسی ( 15درصد) بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> با توجه به میزان نسبتا بالای مشاوره های روانپزشکی در این بیمارستان به نظر می رسد که نیاز به آموزش بیشتر پرسنل و پزشکان متخصص جهت آشنایی بیشتر با بیماری های روانپزشکی و اختلال روان تنی احساس می شود. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span> The purpose of this study was to determine the frequency of psychiatric diagnoses assigned by different consultation providers and to assess the demographic characteristics of patients in a general hospital. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> Six hundred patients, who received psychiatric consultation, were studied. Ïn total 40992 patients were admitted for a period of two years from March 2008 to March 2009. Ïn this study, psychiatric consultations were assessed by demographic characteristics of patients, different departments where consultation requested and diagnoses made by chief psychiatric resident of the hospital supervised by psychiatric specialist fellowship. Ëmergency consultations were performed by an assistant psychiatric from Zare Teaching hospital. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span> Ôf those 40992 admitted patients, 600 (295 men and 305 women) patients were received psychiatric consultation. The frequency of referral rate and psychiatric consultation was 0.9%. The highest referral rate was related to the department of internal medicine (2.4%) and the lowest was from department of Gynecology and Ürology (0.1%). Psychological assessment was the most common reason (55.7 percent) for psychiatric consultation.
