Necrosis is death of a tissue due to obstruction of its vessels. Atherosclerosis and vascular invasion due to invasive fungus are two causes of necrosis in diabetic patients. This article described a diabetic patient with complain of suddenly pain and unilateral hearing loss that was coming to (ear, nose and throat) ENT center.
