The Delorme’s procedure is a perineal approach for obstructed defecation syndrome. This study was designed to investigate the clinical outcomes after Delorme’s procedure for obstructed defecation syndrome. Material and methods: The study was carried out between June 2012 to October 2013 in which 22 patients with obstructed defecation syndrome had undergone Delorme’s procedure. Functional scores were measured and compared with preoperative scores. Results: The mean age of the patients was 51.1±16 years. The mean follow-up period was 10.6 months.
