The purpose of this study was to determine the clinical characteristics of patients with spondylodiscitis and having a correct diagnosis Materials and methods: A ten-year retrospective study of Spondylodiscitis was performed in patients with chronic tuberculosis and brucellosis (2004-2013) at teaching hospitals in Mazandaran province. Data was analyzed using descriptive and analytical tests in SPSS (ver. 16). Results: There were 54 individuals with spondylodiscitis amongst which brucellosis and tuberculosis were diagnosed in 22 and 32, respectively.
