fa تومور سلول ژانت غلاف تاندونی در یک پسر 7 ساله با سابقه تومور سلول ژرم بیضه درمان شده: گزارش مورد کودکان children گزارش مورد Case Report <span style="font-family:B Zar;">ژرم سل تومورها، 2 تا 3 درصد تومورهای کودکان را تشکیل می‌دهند. این تومورها در بیضه، به‌صورت توده بدون درد خود را بروز می‌دهند. درمان اصلی این تومورها خارج نمودن بیضه و شیمی درمانی می‌باشد<a name="_Hlk44259549">. </a>تومور سلول ژانت غلاف تاندونی نیز یک تومور با رشد آهسته است که درمان اصلی آن جراحی و در صورت مهاجم بودن تومور، جراحی و رادیوتراپی است. </span><br> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">بیمار پسر 7 ساله‌ای است که در 8 ماهگی با تشخیص تومور سلول ژرم بیضه تحت جراحی و سپس شیمی درمانی قرار گرفت و بهبود یافت. در سن 7 سالگی بیمار با توده در ناحیه پاشنه پای راست مراجعه نمود. پس از ارزیابی تشخیص تومور سلول ژانت غلاف تاندونی در وی مسجل شد و پس از جراحی و پیگیری انجام شده تومور با جراحی بهبودی کامل یافت و شواهدی از عود مشاهده نشد. این گزارش اولین مورد بروز تومور سلول ژانت غلاف تاندونی پس از درمان کامل تومور سلول ژرم بیضه می‌باشد.</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; Germ cell tumors account for 2 to 3% of all cancers in children. These tumors appear in the testicles as painless masses. The primary treatment of these tumors is the removal of testicles and chemotherapy. Giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath (GCTTS) is slow<span dir="RTL">-</span>growing tumor and the primary treatment of this tumor is surgery and both surgery and radiotherapy in invasive type. This report presents the case of a 7-year-old boy who was diagnosed with germ cell tumor at the age of 8 months. He had undergone surgery and chemotherapy and had recovered. At the age of 7, the patient referred with a mass in right heel and after evaluation and surgery, he was diagnosed with Giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath. Surgery was performed and no evidence of recurrence was observed in follow-up evaluation.
