fa مقایسه ریزنشت بیودنتین و mineral trioxide aggregate به عنوان سد داخل کانال در سفید کردن دندان های غیر زنده A Comparative Investigation of the Microleakage of Biodentine and Mineral Trioxide Aggregate as Coronal Barrier in Nonvital Bleaching دندانپزشکی Dentistry پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: به منظور اصلاح تغییر رنگ دندان‌های درمان ریشه شده، درمان سفیدکردن داخلی توصیه می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه ریزنشت بیودنتین و  mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)به عنوان سد داخل کانال در سفید کردن داخلی دندان‌های غیر زنده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تجربی آزمایشگاهی، 36 دندان پره مولر مندیبل کشیده شده انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به 2 گروه آزمایشی (16n=) و 2 گروه کنترل (2n=) تقسیم شدند. در گروه‌های شاهد 2 ماده OrthoMTA و بیودنتین به طول mm2 به عنوان سد داخل کانال قرار داده شد. گروه‌های کنترل همانند گروه‌های آزمایش آماده‌سازی شدند با این تفاوت که در گروه کنترل مثبت ماده مسدودکننده اوریفیس به کار نرفت و درگروه کنترل منفی تمام سطح ریشه با لاک پوشیده شد و ماده مسدودکننده اوریفیس به کار نرفت. سپس مخلوطی از سدیم پربورات و هیدروژن پروکساید 30 درصد در اتاقک پالپی دندان‌ها قرار داده شد و هر 3 روز یک بار تعویض شد. ریزنشت با روش انتشار PH توسط PH سنج دیجیتالی اندازه‌گیری شد. مقادیر PH قبل از قراردهی ترکیب بلیچینگ و در روزهای اول، سوم، ششم و نهم بعد از شروع مطالعه اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS 24 آنالیز شد. یافته‌ها: گروه کنترل منفی مقادیر pH برابر با سالین فیزیولوژیک داشت و گ«روه کنت«رل مثبت به‌طور معنـی‌داری PH بالاتری از سایرگروه‌ها داشت(05/0P<). بین مقادیر PH دوگروه آزمایشی در بیس‌لاین و روزهای اول و ششم تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد درحالی که در روزهای سوم و نهم مقادیر PH بیودنتین به‌طور معنی‌داری بالاتر از OrthoMTA بود (05/0< P). استنتاج: MTA می‌تواند به عنوان یک سد اوریفیس موثر طی درمان سفید کردن داخلی به خصوص در مواردی که احتمال تحلیل سرویکال ریشه وجود دارد به کار رود. Background and purpose: Internal bleaching is recommended to correct the discoloration of pulpless teeth. This study aimed to compare the microleakage of biodentine and mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) used as an intracanal barrier in non-vital bleaching. Materials and methods: An experimental study was performed in which 36 extracted mandibular premolars were randomly divided into two experimental groups (n= 16) and two control groups (n= 2). In experimental groups, 2mm of OrthoMTA and biodentine cement were placed as intracanal barriers. The control groups were prepared similar to experimental groups, except that in positive control group the orifice barrier material was not used and in negative control group the whole root surface was covered with nail polish and orifice barrier material was not used. Subsequently a mixture containing sodium perborate and 30% hydrogen peroxide was placed into the pulp chambers and replaced every three days. Microleakage was measured using a pH diffusion method by digital pH meter. pH was checked before placement and at days 1, 3, 6, and 9 after placement. Data analysis was done in SPSS V24. Results: The pH value in negative control group was similar to that in normal saline group, while the pH value in positive control group was found to be significantly higher than other groups (P< 0.05). No significant differences were seen in pH values between the experimental groups at baseline and days 1 and 6, but pH values of biodentine were significantly higher than orthoMTA at days 3 and 9 (P< 0.05).
