fa ویروس کرونا، چالش جدید کنترل عفونت در دندانپزشکی: یک مقاله‌ مروری دندانپزشکی Dentistry مروری Review <span dir="RTL">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">راه‌های انتقال بیماری کروناویروس ۲۰۱۹ (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">COVID-19</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">) هنوز به خوبی مشخص نیستند. مسیرهای اصلی سرایت عبارت‌&nbsp; از انتقال مستقیم به وسیله‌ آئروسل‌ها و بزاق و انتقال غیرمستقیم از طریق سطوح آلوده می باشد. دندانپزشکان در فرآیندهای درمانی و به خصوص هنگام استفاده از ابزارهای روتاری موجب تولید ذرات آلوده‌ هوابرد (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">airborne</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">) می‌شوند. همچنین مایعات دهانی، خون و مخاط دهان نیز از منابع عفونت هستند؛ بنابراین دندانپزشکان به شدت و بیش از دیگر اعضای کادر درمان در معرض کروناویروس می باشند و طراحی پروتکل‌های مناسب و استراتژی‌های پیشگیری برای آن‌ها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در این مقاله‌ مروری ما راه‌های انتقال ویروس، علائم بالینی مبتلایان، کنترل عفونت در مطب دندانپزشکی و ملاحظات جهت درمان‌های دندانپزشکی را مرور کرده و توضیح می‌دهیم.</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span></span></span> &nbsp;Modes of transmission of the COVID-19 virus are still unclear. The virus could spread through direct routes, including aerosols and saliva, and indirect transmission through contaminated surfaces. Dental practitioners produce airborne infectious particles especially when using rotary instruments during treatment. Oral fluids, blood, and oral mucosa are also sources of infection, so dentists are exposed to coronavirus more than other medical staff. Indeed, designing appropriate protocols and prevention strategies are highly important. In this review paper, we will explain and review the transmission pathways of the coronavirus, clinical signs of infected patients, dental office infection control, and dental treatment considerations.
