fa بررسی مقایسه ای سطح اینترلوکین 6 و اینترلوکین 8 در پیش بینی شدت و پیش آگهی در بیماران کووید19 بستری شده در بیمارستان رازی قائم شهر Comparative Study on the Role of Serum Levels of Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 in Predicting the Severity of COVID-19 and Prognosis in Patients Admitted to Ghaemshahr Razi Hospital عفوني infection پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original)  سابقه و هدف: پاندمی بیماری کروناویروس 2019 (کووید19) که ناشی از سندرم تنفسی شدید ویروس کرونا 2 (SARS-CoV-2) می‌باشد، منجر به یک وضعیت اضطراری در سراسر جهان شده است. مطالعات مختلف، بیانگر نتایج متضاد و متنوع نقش سایتوکاین‌های التهابی در پیش‌بینی شدت و پیش‌آگهی در بیماران کووید19 می‌باشد، لذا هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی مقایسه‌ای سطح اینترلوکین6 و اینترلوکین8 در پیش‌بینی شدت و پیش‌آگهی در بیماران کووید19 بستری شده در بیمارستان رازی قائم‌شهر بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش مقطعی آینده نگر، سطوح سرمی <a href="https://www.sid.ir/search/paper/%D8%A7%DB%8C%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%B1%D9%84%D9%88%DA%A9%DB%8C%D9%86%208/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">اینترلوکین 8</a> و 6 در 51 بیمار مبتلا به کووید19 در برابر 25 فرد سالم در بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی رازی قائم‌شهر در سال 1400 مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. برای اندازه‌گیری این سایتوکاین‌ها از روش  ELISAو برای آنالیز آماری از نرم‌افزار SPSS25 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین 6 و اینترلوکین 8 به ترتیب در گروه بیماران  حدود 4 برابر و 6 برابر گروه شاهد بود. متوسط میزان اینترلوکین 6 (0/004=P) و اینترلوکین 8 (0/001>P) در بیماران مبتلا به فرم شدید کووید در قیاس با فرم متوسط و گروه شاهد بیش‌تر بوده است. ارتباطی میان مدت بستری در بیمارستان و سطح اینترلوکین 6 مشاهده نشد (0/1=P)، در صورتی‌که بین مدت زمان بستری و مقدار اینترلوکین 8 این ارتباط وجود داشت (0/012=P). استنتاج: سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین 6 و اینترلوکین 8 در بیماران مبتلا به کووید19 می‌تواند در پیش‌بینی شدت بیماری و پیش‌آگهی کمک‌کننده باشد.    Background and purpose: The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, caused by severe respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) resulted in a worldwide emergency. Various studies show conflicting and diverse results on the role of inflammatory cytokines in predicting the severity and prognosis in patients with COVID-19. The aim of this study was to compare the serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in predicting the severity of COVID-19 and prognosis in patients admitted to Qaemshahr Razi Hospital. Materials and methods: In this cross-sectional prospective study, the serum levels of interleukin 8 and 6 were measured in 51 patients with COVID-19 and compared with 25 healthy individuals in Qaemshahr Razi Hospital, 2021. ELISA method was used to measure these cytokines and data analysis was performed in SPSS V25. Results: The serum levels of IL6 and IL8 in the patient group were about 4 times and 6 times higher than those of the control group, respectively. Average levels of IL-6 (P=0.004) and IL-8 (P<0.001) were significantly higher in patients with severe COVID-19 compared to moderate form and control group. There was no correlation between the duration of hospitalization and the level of IL-6 (P=0.1), while there was a significant correlation between the length of hospital stay and the level of IL-8 (P=0.012).
