fa چالش‌های مدیریت کبد چرب غیرالکلی، یک اپیدمی نامرئی در نظام سلامت ایران؛ خلاصه ﺳﯿﺎستی Challenges to Manage Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, an Invisible Epidemic in Iran's Health Care System: A Policy Brief سیاست گذاری و مدیریت Policy and Management بیماری کبد چرب غیرالکلی (<a name="_Hlk150451824">NAFLD</a>) بیش از یک‌سوم جمعیت بزرگ‌سال ایران را تحت تأثیر قرار داده و با توجه به شیوع فزاینده عوامل خطرساز آن، پیش‌بینی می‌شود که به زودی، به یک اپیدمی با پیامد‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی گسترد‌ه تبدیل گردد. تا کنون، NAFLD از سوی نظام سلامت عمومی کم‌تر مورد توجه بوده و لزوم اﺗﺨﺎذ و <a name="_Hlk150451904">تدوین ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖﻫﺎ و دستورالعمل‌های مؤثر ملی ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ شواهد جهت پیشگیری، تشخیص، مراقبت و درمان </a>NAFLD ضرورت دارد. پژوهشگران مرکز تحقیقات بیماری‌های گوارش و کبد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران، با هدف کمک به رفع این چالش، گزارش خلاصه سیاستی حاضر را با استفاده از شواهد پژوهشی موجود در پایگاه‌های داده معتبر و بررسی اسناد بالادستی کشوری ارائه نموده‌اند. در وهله اول، پیشنهاد می‌شود که <a name="_Hlk150451881">NAFLD به عنوان یک مسئله جدی سلامت اجتماعی </a>مورد <a name="_Hlk150451871">حمایت قانونی و مالی دولت </a>قرار گیرد و وزارت بهداشت برنامه‌های راهبردی و دستورالعمل‌های اجرایی مربوطه را متناسب با شرایط موجود نظام سلامت کشور ارائه نماید. ترسیم استاندارد خدمات کشوری توسط کارگروه‌های تخصصی کبدی، تأمین بودجه برای توسعه منابع انسانی، فیزیکی و مطالعاتی، ارائه خدمات مراقبتی درمانی از طریق کلینیک‌های چندتخصصی و توسعه سیستم‌های بهداشتی آموزشی مردم‌محور از راهکارهای پیشنهادی قابل اجرا و با اولویت بالا می‌باشند Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) affects over 1/3 of the Iranian adult population. NAFLD is predicted to soon become an epidemic with widespread social and economic consequences due to the increasing prevalence of its risk factors. So far, NAFLD has received less attention from the public health system. It is necessary to adopt and develop effective national policies and guidelines based on evidence related to the prevention, diagnosis, care, and treatment of NAFLD. The researchers of the Gut and Liver Research Center, affiliated to Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, with the aim of helping to solve this challenge, have presented the current policy brief using the research evidence available in databases and the review of the national higher-order documents. First of all, it is suggested that the government should legally and financially support NAFLD as a serious social health issue. Subsequently, the Ministry of Health should provide relevant standards and executive guidelines according to the existing conditions in Iran's healthcare system, under the legal and financial support of the government.
