fa بررسی اثرات ضد التهابی، آنتی اکسیدانی و ترمیمی گیاه ترشک غده دار بر مدل تجربی زخم سوختگی در موش نژاد بالب/سی Investigating the Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant and Restorative Effects of Rumex tuberosus L. on the Experimental Burn Wound Model in BALB/c داروسازی Pharmacy پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: التیام زخم‌های سوختگی یکی از مشکلات پزشکی محسوب می‌شود و یافتن دارو یا ماده‌ای که بتواند با کمترین عوارض جانبی موجب التیام این زخم‌ها شود، بسیار ارزشمند است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثرات ضد التهابی، آنتی‌اکسیدانی و ترمیمی گیاه ترشک غده‌دار بر مدل تجربی زخم سوختگی در موش نژاد بالب/سی می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه تجربی- آزمایشگاهی حاضر، 60 سر موش نژاد بالب/سی به طور تصادفی به 5 گروه 12تایی شامل گروه‌های کنترل، شم کلدکرم، کرم حاوی عصاره گیاه ترشک غده‌دار، کرم لاژکس و برگ گیاه ترشک غده‌دار تقسیم شدند. پس از ایجاد سوختگی درجه دو در روزهای 3، 7، 14و 21 متغیرهای بهبود زخم شامل مقایسهی سرعت بسته‌شدن زخم، میزان التهاب، عروق‌زایی، نوزایی اپیتلیال، تعداد فولیکول‌های مو، میزان رشته‌های کلاژن، میزان سایتوکاین‌های التهابی، آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی و همچنین آنزیم‌های کبدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین التهاب، عروق‌زایی، نوزایی اپیتلیال، تعداد فولیکول مو، میزان رشته‌های کلاژن و هم‌چنین میانگین بسته‌شدن ظاهری زخم در گروه‌های درمان‌شده با کرم حاوی عصاره و برگ گیاه ترشک غده‌دار و کرم لاژکس در مقایسه با گروه‌های شم و کنترل اختلاف معنی‌داری (0/05P<) دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، در سطح سرمی سایتوکاین‌های التهابی و آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی در گروه‌های درمان شده با کرم حاوی عصاره و برگ گیاه ترشک غده‌دار و کرم لاژکس نسبت به گروه‌های شم کلدکرم و کنترل اختلاف معنی‌داری (0/05>p) وجود دارد. در رابطه با آنزیم‌های کبدی هیچ‌گونه تغییر معنی‌داری بین گروه‌های تحت مطالعه یافت نشد (0/05>p). استنتاج: براساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده به نظر می‌رسد گیاه ترشک غده‌دار در درمان سوختگی درجه دو بسیار کارآمد بوده و می‌تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای محصولات موجود فعلی باشد.   Background and purpose: Healing burn wounds is considered to be a prominent medical issue, and the identification of a drug or substance that can effectively heal these wounds with minimal side effects is of great importance. The aim of the present study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and restorative effects of the glandular sorrel plant on the experimental burn wound model in BALB/C mice. Materials and methods: In this experimental-laboratory study, a total of 60 BALB/C mice were randomly assigned to 5 groups, each consisting of 12 mice. These groups included the control group, the cold cream sham group, the cream group containing the extract of the glandular sorrel plant, the Laagex cream group, and the group of the glandular sorrel leaf group. After second degree burns on days 3, 7, 14 and 21, wound healing variables include comparison of wound closure speed, inflammation, vascularization, epithelial regeneration, number of hair follicles, and number of strands. Collagen levels, inflammatory cytokines, antioxidant enzymes and liver enzymes were also examined. Results: The results of the study indicated that the average inflammation, vascularization, epithelial regeneration, the number of hair follicles, the amount of collagen fibers and also the average of apparent wound closure in the groups treated with the cream containing the extract and leaves of the Rumex Tuberosus L. And Lajex cream has a significant difference (P<0.05) compared to the sham and control groups. In addition, the results showed a significant difference (P<0.05) in the serum level of inflammatory cytokines and antioxidant enzymes in the groups treated with the cream containing the extract and leaves of the Rumex Tuberosus L. and the Lajex cream compared to Sham and control groups. With regard to the liver enzymes, no significant changes were found between the studied groups (P<0.05).
