fa بررسی رابطه بی‌اشتیاقی اخلاقی با کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در پرستاران مراقبت ‌کننده از بیماران مبتلا به کووید19 بستری در بخش ویژه آی‌سی‌یو مراکز آموزشی-درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران (1401-1400) Relationship between Moral Disengagement and Quality of Care in Nurses Caring for Covid-19 Patients Hospitalized in the Intensive Care unit of the Medical-educational Centers of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences (2021-2022) پرستاری nursing پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: پرستاران شاغل در بخش مراقبت ویژه، مواجهه بیش‌تری با تعارضات اخلاقی در مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به COVID-19 دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بی‌اشتیاقی اخلاقی با کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در پرستاران مراقبت‌کننده از بیماران مبتلا به کووید19 بستری در بخش آی‌سی‌یو مراکز آموزشی- درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران صورت پذیرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، از نوع هم‌بستگی در میان 150 نفر از پرستاران مراقبت‌ کننده از بیماران مبتلا به کووید۱۹ بستری در بخش آی‌سی‌یو مراکز آموزشی- درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران که به‌ صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده بودند، در طی سال‌های 1400- 1401 صورت پذیرفت. در این مطالعه، از پرسش‌نامه‌های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، بی‌اشتیاقی اخلاقی و کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری استفاده شد. آنالیز داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (ضریب هم‌بستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی) صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: نمره بی‌اشتیاقی اخلاقی پرستاران 8/64±40/58 بود. میزان نمره کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در مجموع 13/25 ± 177/3، در بعد روانی اجتماعی6/50±74/92 بعد ارتباطی 2/82±36/80 و در بعد جسمی 5/45±66/73 بود. بین کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری با بی‌اشتیاقی اخلاقی رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (0/05<P). استنتاج: عدم ارتباط معنی‌دار بین کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری و بی‌اشتیاقی اخلاقی در مطالعه حاضر، در شرایطی بوده است که پرستاران با پاندمی کووید19 مواجه بودند و تحت فشارهای سازمانی و روانی بالایی قرار داشتند. از این رو، برای نتیجه‌گیری بهتر، پیشنهاد می‌شود که این پژوهش در شرایط غیراضطراری و پس از پاندمی، مجدد در بخش‌های بستری بیماران مبتلا صورت پذیرد.   Background and purpose: Nurses working in the intensive care unit (ICU) face more ethical conflicts in caring for COVID-19 patients. The present study aimed to assess the relationship between moral disengagement and the quality of nursing care in nurses caring for Covid-19 patients hospitalized in the special ICU department of medical-educational centers affiliated with Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Materials and methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 150 nurses caring for COVID-19 patients hospitalized in the ICU of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences from 2021 to 2022. Date collection tools included demographic information questionnaires, Fida et al.'s moral disengagement, and nursing care quality. Data analysis was performed using descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential (Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression) statistics. Results: The moral disengagement score of nurses was 40.58±8.64. The mean scores of quality of nursing care in total, psychosocial dimension, communication dimension, and physical dimension were 177.3±13.25, 74.92±6.50, 36.80± 2.82, and 66.73±5.45, respectively. No significant relationship was observed between the quality of nursing care and moral disengagement (P>0.05). <pre style="text-align:justify; text-indent:28.1pt"> Conclusion: The lack of a significant relationship between the quality of nursing care and moral disengagement in the present study was in the condition of the COVID-19 pandemic when people were under high organizational and psychological pressures.
