fa ارتباط میان میزان اطلاع از پاپیلوماویروس انسانی با میزان اضطراب و رضایت جنسی در زنان با تست HPVمثبت The Relationship Between the Level of Knowledge About Human Papillomavirus and the Level of Anxiety and Sexual Satisfaction in Women with a Positive HPV Test زنان و زایمان و نازایی Gynecology and Infertility گزارش کوتاه Brief Report سابقه و هدف: ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی (HPV) یک ویروس کوچک از خانواده پاپیلوماویریده است کهسلول‌های جلدی و مخاطی را مبتلا می‌کند و می‌تواند از طریق رابطه جنسی منتقل شود. به‌طور کلی تمام)‌Sexually Transmitted Disease (STIها اثرات روانی منفی دارند. با توجه به این‌که میزان اضطراب و رضایت جنسی زنان مبتلا به HPV در ایران سنجیده نشده است، در این مطالعه بر آن شدیم تا در بیماران با تست HPV مثبت، میزان آگاهی آن‌ها از ویروس HPV و ارتباط آن با میزان اضطراب و رضایت جنسی را بررسی کنیم. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی است. تمام زنانی که برای اولین بار بعد از دریافت نتایج تست HPV خود، بین شهریور تا اسفند ماه سال 1398، به دو مرکز متفاوت دانشگاهی و خصوصی مراجعه کردند وارد مطالعه شدند. ابتدا رضایت ایشان برای ورود به مطالعه اخذ شد. سپس، یک پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه اضطراب بک، اندکس رضایت‌جنسی و پرسشنامه آگاهی از HPV تکمیل شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 آنالیز شد و0/05>p معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: 159 شرکت‌کننده با میانگین سن32/3 سال و انحراف‌معیار 6/64 سال، وارد مطالعه شدند. دانشجویان کم‌ترین نمرات را در پرسشنامه عدم رضایت جنسی دریافت کردند (26/56-8/65 ؛ CI 95 درصد). افرادی که از بین مشاغل، گروه "سایر" را انتخاب کرده بودند بیش‌ترین عدم رضایت را تجربه کردند (42/13- 27/15= CI 95 درصد)؛ و به دنبال آن، زنان خانه‌دار بیش‌ترین عدم رضایت را تجربه کردند (29/78-20/89 ؛ CI 95 درصد). تحلیل آماری نشان داد که بین میزان آگاهی با میزان اضطراب و/یا عدم رضایت جنسی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (0/05P>). استنتاج: در مجموع، میزان آگاهی جمعیت درباره HPV پایین است. با توجه به این‌که این گروه از زنان بیش‌تر در معرض افسردگی، اضطراب و ناامیدی هستند، باید برای کنترل اضطراب، به روان‌پزشک یا سایر متخصصین حوزه سلامت روان ارجاع داده شوند. ایجاد رابطه بر پایه اعتماد میان پزشک و بیمار برای حفظ تمایل بیمار برای ادامه درمان ضروری است و منجر به کاهش اضطراب بیماران می‌گردد. <pre style="text-align:justify; text-indent:28.05pt"> Background and purpose: Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a tiny virus of the papillomavirus family that infects skin and mucosal cells and can be transmitted through sexual intercourse. In general, all STIs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) have negative psychological effects. In addition, the diagnosis of HPV has a wide impact on the mental health of patients and their sexual activity, which may make the patient feel ashamed and disrupt the patient's relationship with his life partner. The level of anxiety and sexual satisfaction has not been measured in women with HPV in Iran, yet. Therefore, the purpose this study was to investigate their awareness of the HPV virus and its relationship with the level of anxiety and sexual satisfaction of the patients with a positive HPV test.</pre> Materials and methods: Cross-sectional design was employed in this study. Women who had a positive HPV test at the first visit after the HPV test result were recruited. All patients who visited two different academic and private centers between September 2018 and March of the same year after receiving their HPV test results were involved in the study. First, their consent was obtained to involve in this study. Then, a demographic questionnaire, Beck's anxiety questionnaire, sexual satisfaction index and HPV awareness questionnaire were completed. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 24 software, and P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: 159 participants with an average age of 32.3 years and a standard deviation of 6.64 years were included in the analysis. The results showed that age has a reverse and significant relationship with the level of knowledge of HPV. The awareness of HPV decreases as the age of the participants increases(P<0.001). With the increase of the education level, the level of awareness among individuals also increased significantly (P<0.001). Moreover, individuals who engaged in their first sexual intercourse at an older age displayed higher levels of awareness(P=0.007) and lower levels of anxiety(P=0.018). results also showed that There was no significant difference at the level of anxiety between different jobs, the level of awareness with the level of anxiety and/or lack of sexual satisfaction(P>0.05). Additionally, no significant relationship was found between the level of anxiety and sexual dissatisfaction, age and the level of anxiety and/or sexual dissatisfaction (P>0.05). Conclusion: In general note, the level of population’s knowledge about HPV is low. Healthcare workers and medical students have better knowledge of the subject but it is still insufficient. Patients should also be referred to a psychiatrist or other mental health professionals for their anxiety control.
