fa بررسی کلینیکی و پاراکلینیکی موارد موکورمایکوزیس بستری در مراکز آموزشی درمانی رازی قائم‌شهر و بوعلی ساری طی سال های 1397-1390 Clinical and Paraclinical Survey of Hospitalised Cases of Mucormycosis in Two Centres in Ghaemshahr and Sari during 2011-2018 قارچ شناسي mycology پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: زیگومایکوزیس (موکورمایکوزیس) یک عفونت قارچی نادر با عوارض و مرگ‌ومیر بالا است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی بالینی و پاراکلینیکی موکورمایکوزیس در بیماران بستری در بیمارستان‌های بوعلی ساری و رازی قائم‌شهر، استان مازندران، ایران انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی و گذشته‌نگر حاضر، پرونده بیمارانی با موکورمایکوزیس اثبات‌شده یا احتمالی که از 20 مهر 1390 تا 20 آبان 1397 در بیمارستان‌های بوعلی ساری و رازی قائم‌شهر بستری شده بودند، بررسی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های T Student و آزمون دقیق فیشر و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 27 استفاده شد. 0/05 £ p به‌عنوان سطح معنی‌داری درنظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: از 33 بیمار مورد بررسی 18 بیمار(54/55درصد)  زن و 15 بیمار (45/45 درصد)  مرد بودند. هم‌چنین میانگین سنی بیماران 48/8 بود. در بین علائم و نشانه‌های بیماری بیش‌ترین موارد مربوط به سردرد بود. دیابت با 93/3 درصد (28 نفر) شایع‌ترین بیماری زمینه‌ای را در این بیماران تشکیل می‌داد. میزان مرگ‌ومیر بیماران 48/48 درصد بود که 25 درصد موارد مربوط به موکورمایکوزیس می‌شد. دو جنس Mucor و Rhizopus شایع‌ترین عوامل جداشده در نه مورد کشت مثبت بودند. استنتاج: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، افراد دیابتی بیش‌تر از دیگران در معرض خطر موکورمایکوزیس قرار دارند و با کنترل و کاهش دیابت در افراد جامعه می‌توان میزان بروز موکورمایکوزیس را به‌طور قابل توجهی کاهش داد. هم‌چنین درمان جراحی، در کنار درمان به‌موقع دارویی، باعث بیش‌ترین میزان بقا می‌شود. Background and purpose: Zygomycosis (mucormycosis) is a rare fungal infection with high morbidity and mortality. This study evaluated mucormycosis's clinical and paraclinical features in patients admitted to Buali Hospital in Sari & Razi Hospital in Ghaemshahr, Mazandaran Province, Iran. Materials and methods: This retrospective and cross-sectional study reviewed the patients' files with proven or probable mucormycosis admitted to Buali & Razi hospitals from 20 April 2011 to 20 April 2018. The Student's T-test and Fisher's exact test were performed for data analysis using SPSS version 27 software. P ≤ 0.05 was considered as a significant value. Results: Out of 33 patients studied, 18 (54.55%) were female and 15 (45.45%) were male. The average age of the patients was 48.84 years. Among the signs and symptoms of the disease, most cases were related to headache. Diabetes was the most common underlying disease in these patients 28 (93.3%). The mortality rate in these patients was 48.48%, of which 25% related to mucormycosis. The genus Mucor and Rhizopus were the most common agents isolated in 9 cases of positive cultures.
