fa بررسی کیفیت آبچوریشن سیلر Endoseal MTA در کانال ریشه دندان انسان با استفاده از رادیوگرافی داخل دهانی دیجیتال و مقایسه آن با 2 سیلر MTA Fillapex و Adsea Radiographic Comparison Quality of Obturation Three Sealers Endoseal MTA, MTA Fillapex and Adseal in the Root Canal of Human Teeth دندانپزشکی Dentistry پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: جهت دستیابی به درمان ریشه موفق کانال دندان، وجود سیلر با خصوصیات ایده‌آل که منجر به سیل دائمی کانال دندان شود، ضروری است. در طی زمان سیلرهای مختلفی با ترکیبات متفاوت، جهت افزایش کیفیت آبچوریشن کانال‌های ریشه دندان معرفی شده و مطالعات متعدد جهت یافتن سیلر ایده‌آل هم‌چنان ادامه دارد. این مطالعه با هدف، ارزیابی کیفیت آبچوریشن سیلر Endoseal MTA براساس حباب و رد اسپریدر موجود در کانال ریشه با استفاده از رادیوگرافی دیجیتال داخل دهانی (PSP) و مقایسه آن با دو سیلر Adseal وMTA Fillapex می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی بر روی 36 دندان سانترال ماگزیلا تک کانال دائمی انسان با شکل و سایز یکسان در پری کلینیک دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شد. آماده‌سازی کانال ریشه با سیستم روتاری Denco تا سایز 3F براساس دستورات کارخانه سازنده انجام شد. حین آماده سازی از هیپو <a name="_Hlk174267459">کلریت سدیم 5/25 درصد </a>جهت شستشو استفاده شد و در نهایت جهت حذف لایه اسمیر از 17 EDTA درصد و کلریت سدیم 5/25 درصد استفاده شد. دندان‌ها با کن کاغذی خشک شد. نمونه‌ها به صورت اتفاقی به 3 گروه تقسیم شدند و با گوتاپرکا و سیلرهای MTA Fillapex،  Endoseal MTAو Adseal به روش تراکم جانبی با استفاده از ماستر کن 35 و کن فرعی 20 آبچوره شدند. پس از ست شدن کامل سیلرها به مدت 24 ساعت، تصویربرداری PSP با تکنیک موازی و به‌صورت باکولینگوالی و مزیودیستالی از کانال ریشه دندان‌ها انجام شد و وجود حباب و گپ به شکل رد اسپریدر در سه منطقه اپیکال، میانی و کرونال، توسط 3 ناظر مستقل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با آزمون کای دو و یا دقیق فیشر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و موارد کم‌تر از 0/05 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر کیفیت آبچوریشن سیلرهای MTA Fillapex،  Endoseal MTAو Adseal براساس حباب و گپ به صورت رد اسپریدر بر روی 36 دندان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این ارزیابی‌ها بر حسب جهت و محل به تفکیک سیلرها انجام شد. در این ارزیابی‌ها سیلر Adseal دارای کم‌ترین و MTA Fillapex دارای بیش‌ترین شیوع رد اسپریدر بود؛ البته این تفاوت‌ها براساس آزمون کای دو معنی‌دار نبود و اختلاف معنی‌داری میان شیوع رد اسپریدر در میان سه سیلر وجود نداشت. حباب فقط در گروه Endoseal در دو ناحیه کرونال (میانگین، 0/5) و اپیکال (میانگین، 0/7) مشاهده شد. نتایج آزمون کای دو نشان داد در سیلر Endoseal ارتباط معنی‌داری بین شیوع حباب با محل‌های کرونال، میانی و اپیکال نداشت<a name="_Hlk154998213"> </a>(0/05>P). استنتاج: <a name="_Hlk167683855">در این مطالعه، تفاوتی میان سه سیلر از نظر وجود حباب و گپ</a>‌های موجود در کانال ریشه مشاهده نشد و براساس نتایج این مطالعه کیفیت آبچوریشن سه سیلر فوق تفاوتی با هم ندارند. وجود حباب بیش‌تر در سیلر Endoseal MTA اگرچه معنی‌دار نبود ولی می‌تواند نشان‌دهنده این موضوع باشد که هندلینگ این ماده سخت است و از طرفی طبق توصیه شرکت سازنده این سیلر برای روش سینگل کن توصیه شده است و برای استفاده در روش تراکم جانبی مناسب نمی‌باشد.   Background and purpose: To achieve a successful root canal treatment, it is necessary to have a sealer with ideal characteristics that seal the permanent filling of the tooth canal. Over time, various sealers with different compositions have been introduced to increase the obturation quality of tooth root canals, and many studies are still ongoing to find the ideal sealer. This study aims to evaluate the obturation quality of Endoseal MTA sealer based on the void and spreader track in the root canal using intraoral digital radiography (PSP) and compare it with Adseal and MTA Fillapex. Materials and methods: This laboratory study was conducted on 36 central maxillary single-canal permanent human teeth with the same shape and in the pre-clinic of the dental school of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Root canal preparation was done with the Denco rotary system up to size F3 according to the manufacturer's instructions. During preparation, sodium hypochlorite 5.25% was used for washing, and finally  EDTA 17% and sodium chlorite 5.25%  were used to remove the smear layer. The teeth were dried with a paper cone. The samples were randomly divided into 3 groups and were filled with gutta-percha and sealers; MTA Fillapex, Endoseal MTA, and Adseal by lateral compaction method using Master Cone 35 and cone 20. After the sealers were set completely for 24 hours, PSP imaging was done with a parallel technique, buccolingually and mesiodistally, from the root canal of the teeth, and the presence of void and gaps in the form of spreader track in the three apical, middle and coronal regions, was evaluated with 3 independent observers. The data were evaluated with chi-square or Fisher's exact test, and items less than 0.05 were considered significant. Results: In the current study, the obturation quality of MTA Fillapex, Endoseal MTA, and Adseal sealers was investigated on 36 teeth based on void and gap in the form of spreader track. These evaluations were done according to the direction and location of the sealers. In these evaluations, Adseal sealer had the lowest and MTA Fillapex had the most prevalence of spreader track prevalence, although these differences were not significant based on the chi-square test and there was no significant difference between the prevalence of Spreader track among the three sealers. The void was observed only in the Endoseal group in coronal (mean: 0.5) and apical (mean: 0.7) areas. The results of the Chi-square test showed that there was no significant relationship between the prevalence of void with coronal, middle, and apical sites in Endoseal (P<0.05). Conclusion: No difference was observed between the three sealers in the voids and gaps in the root canal. Based on the results of this study, the obturation quality of the above three sealers isn't different from each other.
