fa به کار گیری یادگیری مبتنی بر هنر تجسمی با رویکرد اجتماعی، فردی و معنوی در آموزش علوم تشریح دانشجویان پزشکی پردیس خودگردان رامسر Applying Learning Based on Visual Arts with a Social, Individual, and Spiritual Approach in the Teaching of Anatomical Sciences for Medical Students of Ramsar Campus آموزش پزشكی medical education پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: تربیت هنری یکی از حوزه‌های برنامه درسی در رشد ویژگی‌ها و قابلیت‌های متنوع فردی است. هنر مفهوم عمیقی است که به واسطه‌ی تاثیر و گیرایی خود می‌تواند رویکردی مناسب در جهت یادگیری هدفمند، بهتر و ماندگارتر دروس علوم پایه پزشکی از جمله علوم تشریح (آناتومی، بافت‌شناسی و جنین‌شناسی) باشد. در این مطالعه که در مسیر آموزش علوم تشریح و تشویق دانشجویان علوم پزشکی به تفکر آینده نگر و خلاق با کمک گرفتن از هنر نقاشی طراحی شد به بررسی تاثیرات نقاشی خلاق در آموزش دروس علوم تشریح با رویکرد اجتماعی، فردی و معنوی پرداخته شد. به نظر می‌رسد وقتی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی ضمن آموزش مطالب درسی خود، با ملاحظات بالینی و پیامدهای فردی، اجتماعی و معنوی موضوع آشنا شوند تلاش خواهند کرد تا همواره مطالب را دقیق تر و چند بعدی فرا بگیرند. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه دانش پژوهی-آموزشی حاضر با رویکرد کیفی-کمی طراحی و در آن از هنر نقاشی به‌عنوان مداخله آموزشی استفاده شد. در ابتدا بعد از معرفی علوم تشریح و بیان اهداف درس، از دانشجویان علاقمند پزشکی و داروسازی پردیس علوم پزشکی رامسر خواسته شد به شکل گروهی و یا انفرادی با انتخاب یک موضوع از مباحث علوم تشریح و ایجاد ارتباط آن با نکات بالینی موجود در کتب درسی، چالش‌های فردی، اجتماعی و معنوی متعاقب آن را با حفظ محتوای علمی در قالب یک نقاشی هدفمند، به نمایش بگذارند. بعد جلسات متعدد پیرامون موضوعات، نقاشی‌های واجد معیارهای مورد نظر انتخاب شدند و تابلوها به نمایش عموم در آمدند. در طی برگزاری نمایشگاه، درستی نحوه‌ی انتقال پیام مورد هدف از دیدگاه مخاطبین مورد تفسیر و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در انتها جذابیت آموزش و میزان یادگیری در دانشجویان بررسی شد. ارزیابی نتایج به دو روش کمّی و کیفی بود که در روش کمی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. بخش کمی به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی و بخش کیفی با رویکرد آنالیز محتوایی بود. جهت بررسی اعتبار مطالعه انجام شده، از معیار پنج مرحله‌ای اندرسون و همکاران شامل اعتبار مطالعه، اعتبار دموکراتیک، اعتبار نتایج، اعتبار گفت‌گویی و اعتبار ترغیب‌کننده کمک گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد ادغام هنر و آموزش می‌تواند مفید باشد. اکثر دانشجویان معتقد بودند با این روش فضای آموزشی برای آن‌ها شادتر و جذاب‌تر (54 درصد) بود و افزایش یادگیری مفاهیم علوم تشریح در 90 درصد دانشجویان دیده شد. دانشجویان بیان داشتند اشتیاق (81 درصد) و ترغیب بیش‌تری به یادگیری (72 درصد) دروس داشتند و به‌شکل ماندگارتری (63 درصد) مفاهیم علوم تشریح را یاد می‌گرفتند چرا که در حین یادگیری مطالب کنجکاوتر بودند تا بدانند از یک طرف چه چالش‌های بالینی در مبحث مورد نظر، قابل توجه است و از طرف دیگر این مشکلات، بیمار را با چه پیامدهای اجتماعی، فردی و معنوی مواجه خواهد ساخت. همه اینها کمک می‌کرد تفکر تحلیلی در آن‌ها افزایش (79 درصد) یابد. این روش در بیش‌تر افراد با افزایش خلاقیت (75 درصد) و روحیه همکاری (75 درصد) همراه بود و 77 درصد افراد آن را به سایر روش‌های آموزشی ترجیح می دادند. همچنین مهارت‌های انگیزشی، تیمی و ارتباطی دانشجویان نیز با تغییر روش مطالعه و ایجاد نگاه چند بعدی به مسائل، افزایش یافت. استنتاج: استفاده از نقاشی خلاق در آموزش مفاهیم علوم تشریح توانست با ایجاد فضای آموزشی شاد و جذاب، دانشجویان علوم پزشکی را به یادگیری ترغیب کرده و اشتیاق آن‌ها را بیش‌تر نماید، روحیه کار گروهی را در آن‌ها بالا برده و سبب افزایش خلاقیت، مهارت ارتباطی و تفکر تحلیلی در آن‌ها شود.   Background and purpose: Art education is one of the areas of the curriculum in the development of various individual characteristics and capabilities. Art, with its profound impact and appeal, can serve as an effective tool for gaining a deeper understanding of basic medical science courses, including anatomical sciences (anatomy, histology, and embryology). The study was designed to assess the influence of creative painting on the teaching of anatomical sciences, emphasizing a social, individual, and spiritual approach to encourage forward-thinking and imaginative skills in medical students. It seems that when students of medical sciences become familiar with the clinical considerations and personal, social, and spiritual consequences of the subject while teaching their course material, they will try to learn the material more accurately and multi-dimensionally. Materials and methods The present research-educational study was designed with a qualitative-quantitative approach and in it the art of painting was used as an educational intervention. At first, after the introduction of anatomical sciences and the presentation of the objectives of the lesson, interested medical and pharmacy students of Ramsar Medical Sciences Campus were asked to choose a topic from anatomical sciences in a group or individually. Then, by connecting it with the clinical points in the textbooks, the following personal, social, and spiritual challenges are displayed by maintaining the scientific content in the form of a purposeful painting. After several meetings about the topics, the paintings meeting the desired criteria were selected and the paintings were displayed to the public. During the exhibition, the correctness of the way of conveying the target message was interpreted and analyzed from the point of view of the audience. Finally, the attractiveness of education and the level of learning among students were investigated. The evaluation of the results was done in two quantitative and qualitative methods, and in the quantitative method, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The quantitative part was descriptive-analytical and the qualitative part was based on content analysis. To check the validity of the conducted study, Anderson et al.'s five-step criteria including study validity, democratic validity, results validity, dialogue validity, and persuasive validity were used. Results: The results showed that the integration of art and education can be useful. Most of the students believed that with this method, the educational atmosphere was happier and more attractive for them (54%). 90% of students had increased learning of anatomical concepts. Students stated that they had more enthusiasm (81%) and motivation to learn (72%) lessons and learned the concepts of anatomical sciences in a more permanent way (63%). While learning the material, they were more curious to know, on the one hand, what clinical challenges are significant in the topic in question, and on the other hand, what social, personal, and spiritual consequences these problems will face the patient. All this made them more analytical thinking (79%). This method increased creativity (75%) and spirit of cooperation (75%) in most students, and 77% of students preferred it to other educational methods. Also, students' motivational, team, and communication skills increased by changing the study method and creating a multi-dimensional view of issues.
