fa بررسی تاثیر مداخلات آموزشی والد-محور بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی والدین و سلامت جنسی نوجوانان: مرور سیستماتیک کارآزمایی‌های بالینی The Effect of Parental Educational Intervention on the Parent’s Communication Skills and Adolescent’s Sexual Health: A Systematic Review of Clinical Trials آموزش بهداشت Health Education مروری Review سابقه و هدف: والدین نقش مهمی در سلامت جنسی نوجوانان دارند. روش‌های مختلفی جهت آموزش نوجوانان در زمینه موضوعات جنسی وجود دارد؛ اما گفتگوی جنسی والدین و نوجوانان بهترین روش برای انتقال دانش جنسی به آنان می‌باشد. مطالعات بسیاری در زمینه آموزش جنسی والدین با هدف ارتقای سلامت جنسی نوجوانان طراحی و اجرا شده است که هر یک ابعاد متفاوتی از آموزش جنسی نوجوانان را مورد بررسی قرار داده‌اند. این مطالعه با هدف، مرور مطالعاتی که در زمینه‌ی تاثیر مداخلات آموزشی والد- محور بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی والدین و سلامت جنسی نوجوان صورت گرفته است، انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع مرور سیستماتیک می‌باشد. در این مطالعه با جستجو در پایگاه‌های داده داخلی و خارجی شامل Magiran، Irandoc، SID، Science Direct، Scopus، Web of Sciences،  PubMedو DOAJ مقالات مرتبط از سال 2000 تا 2023 مورد جستجو قرارگرفتند. با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های آموزش جنسی، رفتار جنسی، والدین، نوجوان، گفتگو، مداخله، و کارآزمایی بالینی در پایگاه‌های داده داخلی و معادل انگلیسی آن‌ها در پایگاه‌های داده خارجی، مطالعات مربوطه مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. معیارهای ورود شامل انواع کارآزمایی بالینی و یا نیمه تجربی، گروه هدف والدین، مقالات دارای متن کامل، به زبان فارسی و یا انگلیسی در نظرگرفته شد. مقالات مرتبط با استفاده از معیارهای PICO، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مطالعاتی که بر روی والدین (مادر، پدر، و یا هر دو) انجام گرفته بود، در نظرگرفته شد. از نظر مداخله نیز، مطالعاتی که مداخلات آموزشی شامل سخنرانی، نمایش فیلم، ایفای نقش و سایر روش‌های آموزشی را در برمی‌گرفت، وارد مطالعه شدند. پیامدهای مطلوب برای مطالعه‌ی حاضر شامل سواد جنسی والدین، مهارت‌های والدین در برقراری ارتباط با نوجوان، مهارت استفاده از کاندوم و پرهیز از روابط جنسی پیش از موعد و ارتقای سلامت جنسی نوجوانان در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: با جستجوی پایگاه‌های داده موردنظر، تعداد مطالعات اولیه یافت شده برابر با 66 مقاله بود. پس ازحذف موارد تکراری (12 مقاله)، غربالگری مقالات براساس عنوان و چکیده انجام گرفت که در نتیجه آن، 21 مقاله به دلیل عدم ارتباط با عنوان مطالعه، حذف شدند. از 33 مقاله باقی مانده، تعداد 13 مقاله که دارای متن کامل بود و با معیارهای ورود مطالعه حاضر همخوانی داشتند، وارد مطالعه شدند. براساس نتایج مطالعات وارد شده در این مروری سیستماتیک در خصوص انواع مداخلات آموزشی والد- محور پیامدهای حاصله در دو طبقه تاثیر مداخلات آموزشی والد- محور بر مهارت های ارتباطی والدین در زمینه مسائل جنسی (8 مطالعه) و تاثیر مداخلات آموزشی والد محور بر سلامت جنسی نوجوان (6 مطالعه) دسته بندی گردید. یافته های مطالعه نشان دادند آموزش گفتگوی جنسی به والدین می‌تواند از یک سو باعث تقویت مهارت‌های ارتباطی والدین در خصوص گفتگوی جنسی والد- نوجوان گردیده و خود اتکایی والدین برای حل مسائل جنسی نوجوانان را افزایش دهد و از سوی دیگر از طریق ارتقای سلامت جنسی نوجوانان، باعث به تعویق انداختن رابطه جنسی، استفاده از کاندوم، پیشگیری از بیماری‌های منتقله از جنسی و جلوگیری از بارداری ناخواسته در آنان گردید. استنتاج: از یافته‌های مطالعه چنین استنباط می‌شود که آموزش والدین و افزایش آگاهی آنان نسبت به مسائل جنسی نوجوانان، علاوه بر ارتقای مهارت والدین در برخورد مناسب با بحران‌های جنسی نوجوان، می‌تواند باعث بهبود گفتگوی جنسی والدین با نوجوانان و پرهیز آنان از روابط جنسی ناسالم، و ارتقای سلامت جنسی نوجوانان گردد.   Background and purpose: Parents play an important role in the sexual health of adolescents. There are multiple ways to educate adolescents about sexual issues, but the most effective method of imparting sexual knowledge to them is through sexual conversations between parents and adolescents. The aim of improving the sexual health of adolescents has been achieved through the design and implementation of many studies in the field of sexual education of parents, Sexual education for adolescents has been examined through different aspects by each of these. The present study aimed to review the articles that have been conducted in the field of sexual education of parents and the effect of parental educational intervention on the parents' communication skills and adolescent's sexual health. Materials and methods: This study is a systematic review in that relevant articles between 2000 and 2023 were extracted by searching internal and external databases including Magiran, Irandoc, SID, Science Direct, Scopus,  Web of Sciences, PubMed, and DOAJ. Relevant studies were searched using sex education, sexual behavior, parents, adolescents, dialogue, intervention, and clinical trials in external databases and their Persian equivalents in internal databases. Inclusion criteria included types of clinical or semi-experimental trials, the target group of parents, and articles with full text, in Farsi or English. Related articles were reviewed using PICO criteria. So studies conducted on parents (mother, father, or both) and teenagers were considered. In terms of intervention, studies that included educational interventions including lectures, film watching, role-playing, and other educational methods were included in the study. Desirable outcomes for the present study include parents' sexual literacy, parents' skills in communicating with their adolescents, condom use skills, avoiding premature sexual relations, and promotion of adolescents' sexual health. Results: The number of primary studies found in the relevant databases equaled 66 articles. After removing duplicates (12 articles), articles were screened based on the title and abstract, and as a result, 21 articles were removed due to lack of relevance to the study title. Out of the remaining 33 articles, 13 articles that had full text and matched the inclusion criteria of the present study were included in the study. Based on the results of the included studies in this systematic review regarding the types of effects of parental educational intervention, the results obtained in two categories: the effect of parental educational interventions on parents' communication skills on sexual issues (8 studies) and the effect of parental educational interventions on adolescent’s sexual health (6 studies) were categorized. The findings of the study showed that teaching parents about sexual dialogue can, on the one hand, strengthen the parent's communicational skills regarding parent-adolescent sexual dialogue and increase the self-reliance of parents to solve the sexual problems of adolescents. on the other hand, promoting the sexual health of adolescents, causes them to postpone sex, use condoms, and prevent sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy.
