fa آیا در پرتقال تولیدی ساری باقیمانده آفت کش یافت می شود؟ Are Pesticide Residues Found in the Oranges Produced in Sari? سم شناسی toxicology گزارش کوتاه Brief Report سابقه و هدف: امروزه تامین غذا برای ساکنین کره زمین، حفظ تولیدات کشاورزی از نابودی در اثر خسارات خشکسالی، آفات و بیماری‌ها، بیش از پیش ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. کشاورزان در تمام دنیا برای مبارزه با عوامل زنده کاهنده تولید، ناچارند از انواع آفت‌کش‌ها استفاده کنند، ولی این سموم نه تنها روی سطح محصولات باقی می‌مانند بلکه به داخل بافت میوه‌ها، سبزی‌ها و حتی دانه‌های غلات نفوذ می‌کنند. هر چندکه شستن میوه و یا پوست گرفتن آن‌ها می‌تواند درکاهش آلودگی‌های سطحی آفت‌کش‌ها موثر باشد، ولی زدودن اثرات سمی آن‌ها از بافت‌های درونی میوه تقریباً غیر ممکن است، به‌طوری‌که اغلب محصولات کشاورزی که در معرض آفت‌کش‌ها قرار گرفته‌اند و مدت زمان کوتاهی بعد از سمپاشی به بازار مصرف ارائه می‌شوند، حاوی باقیمانده آفت‌‌کش‌ها می‌باشند. گرچه استفاده از آفت‌کش‌ها و کودهای شیمیایی در کشاورزی مدرن به‌طور معنی‌داری باعث افزایش محصولات کشاورزی می‌گردد، اما باید توجه داشت که استفاده بیش از حد از آفت‌کش‌ها در تولید محصولات کشاورزی، باعث می‌شود میزان باقی مانده آفت‌کش‌ها در محصولات کشاورزی بالاتر از بیشینه حد مجاز آفت‌کش‌ها (Maximum Residue Limit) گردد که این امر از عوامل خطر برای سلامتی انسان و آلودگی محیط زیست بشمار می‌رود. از اثرات منفی سموم شیمیایی بر سلامتی می‌توان از انواع سرطان‌ها، بیماری‌های عصبی، دیابت، بیماری‌های تنفسی، نارسایی‌ها وبیماری‌های جنینی و مشکلات ژنتیکی نام برد و از اثرات زیان بار بر محیط زیست، می‌توان به مقاوم شدن آفات، طغیان آن‌ها و از بین رفتن حشرات مفید اشاره کرد. باتوجه به این‌که مرکبات، محصول استراتژیک استان مازندران محسوب می شود، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان باقیمانده آفت‌کش‌ها در باغات مرکبات شهرستان ساری انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: بررسی باقیمانده آفت‌کش‌ها در مرکبات تولیدی شهرستان ساری در مناطقی که با هدف کنترل نوع، شیوه مصرف آفت‌کش‌ها و رعایت دوره کارنس تحت پایش سازمان جهاد کشاورزی، مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان مازندران قرار دارند، انجام شد. در این پژوهش 15 نمونه پرتقال مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. هر نمونه حدود 1 کیلوگرم از هر محصول بود که در دمای 4 درجه سانتی‌گراد به آزمایشگاه کنترل مواد غذایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران منتقل شد. آماده‌سازی نمونه‌ها با روش QuEChERS انجام شد. میزان مصرف و باقی مانده سموم مصرفی به روشGC-MS شناسایی شد. سازمان غذا و دارو واستاندارد ملی ایران (ISIRI) 200 نوع آفت‌کش را به عنوان آفت‌کش پرمصرف در باغ‌های پرتقال اعلام کردند که در این پژوهش باقیمانده آن‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: در مجموع، سه نوع آفت‌کش شامل Chlorpyrifos،Ethion  (Class II) و Pyriproxyfen (Class U) شناسایی شد که پرمصرف‌ترین آن‌ها Chlorpyrifos بوده است. هیچ‌کدام از آفت‌کش‌های شناسایی شده متعلق به گروه Class Ia، Class Ib نبودند. از میان آفت‌کش‌های شناسایی شده، باقیمانده آفت‌کش Ethion بالاتر از MRL تعیین شده توسط ISIRI بود. استنتاج: با توجه به نقش آفت‌کش‌ها در ایمنی غذایی و آلودگی منابع محیط زیستی، همچنان تلاش برای کاهش استفاده از سموم دفع آفات برای به حداقل رساندن خطر برای سلامتی انسان و محیط زیست، چالش برانگیز است و یک هدف ارزشمند بشمار می‌رود. گرچه نظارت بر تولید توسط سازمان های اجرایی باعث کاهش قابل توجه مصرف آفت‌کش‌ها شده است، ولی هم‌چنان در برخی موارد باقیمانده بالاتر از حد مجاز مشاهده شده است. هم‌چنین باید در نظر داشت که باقیمانده آفت کش‌ها می‌توانند با ورود به خاک و آب، آلاینده زیست محیطی بشمار روند. از این رو هم‌چنان همراه با افزایش آگاهی کشاورزان، گسترش، جایگزینی و استقرار IPM به منظور حفظ محیط زیست وکاهش هزینه ها قابل توجه می‌باشد.   Background and purpose: Today, ensuring food security for the inhabitants of the earth, and preserving agricultural production from destruction due to drought, pests, and diseases, seems more necessary than ever. Farmers across the world are forced to use various pesticides to combat factors that reduce production, but these toxins not only remain on the surface of the products but also penetrate the tissues of fruits, vegetables, and even grains. Although washing fruits or peeling them can be effective in reducing surface contamination of pesticides, removing their toxic effects from the internal tissues of fruits is almost impossible. In such a way most agricultural products that have been exposed to pesticides and are presented to the market shortly after spraying contain pesticide residues. Although the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers in modern agriculture significantly increases agricultural products, it should be noted that excessive use of pesticides in agricultural production leads to higher levels of pesticide residues in agricultural products exceeding the Maximum Residue Limit, which is considered a risk factor for human health and environmental pollution. The negative effects of chemical toxins on health include various types of cancers, neurological diseases, diabetes, respiratory diseases, failures, fetal diseases, genetic problems, and harmful effects on the environment such as pest resistance, their dominance, and the disappearance of beneficial insects. Considering that citrus fruits are considered a strategic product in Mazandaran province, this research was conducted to investigate the level of pesticide residues in citrus orchards in Sari County. Materials and methods: The residues of pesticides in the citrus fruits produced in Sari county were investigated in areas monitored by the Agricultural Jihad Organization, the Agricultural Research Center, and Natural Resources of Mazandaran province, to control the type, method of pesticide use, and observing the withholding period. In this study, 15 oranges fruit samples were examined. Each sample was approximately 1 kilogram of each product, which was transferred to the food control laboratory of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. The samples were prepared using the QuEChERS method. The consumption and residue levels of pesticides were identified using the GC-MS method. The Food and Drug Organization and the National Standard Organization of Iran (ISIRI) declared 200 types of pesticides as the most commonly used pesticides in citrus orchards, which were evaluated for their residues in this research. Results: Totally, 3 types of pesticides including Chlorpyrifos, Ethion (Class II), and Pyriproxyfen (Class U) were identified, with Chlorpyrifos being the most commonly used. None of the identified pesticides belonged to Class Ia or Class Ib. Among the identified pesticides, the residue of Ethion exceeded the Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) set by ISIRI. Conclusion: Given the role of pesticides in food safety and environmental pollution, efforts to reduce the use of pest control poisons to minimize the risk to human health and the environment remain challenging and a valuable goal. Although monitoring of production by executive organizations has led to a significant reduction in pesticide consumption, in some cases, residues higher than the permissible limit are still observed. Also, it should be noted that pesticide residues can become environmental pollutants by entering the soil and water.
