fa تبیین تجربیات تصمیم گیری اخلاقی در کارورزان تکنولوژی جراحی: یک مطالعه کیفی Exploring Ethical Decision-Making Experiences Among Surgical Technology Interns: A Qualitative Study پرستاری nursing کیفی Qualitative Research سابقه و هدف: تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی یک جنبه اساسی مدیریتی و یک توانمندی حیاتی برای عملکرد پرسنل درمانی است، که آنان را در انجام مسئولیت‌های پیچیده توانمند می‌سازد. دانشجویان تکنولوژی جراحی به‌عنوان یکی از گروه‌های مراقبت در بالین در یک محیط پیچیده‌ای کار کرده و آموزش می‌بینند. این گروه به دلیل ارتباط تنگاتنگ با بیماران و قرار داشتن در محیط پرمخاطره اتاق عمل تنش بیش‌تری را متحمل می‌شوند و نیاز دارند درجهت موقعیت‌های اخلاقی پیش‌آمده در بالین تصمیمات درست اخلاقی را اتخاذ کنند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربیات تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی در کارورزان تکنولوژی جراحی، انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه کیفی، در سال 1402 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان انجام شد. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 15 نفر از دانشجویان ترم هشت تکنولوژی جراحی داوطلبانه وارد پژوهش شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختارمند، تعاملی و رودررو با سوالات باز پاسخ در خصوص تجربیات تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی در کارورزی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار MAXQDA نسخه 24 و رویکرد تحلیل محتوای قراردادی پیشنهاد شده توسط گرانهایم و لاندمن استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: از تحلیل داده‌ها، در نهایت 283 واحد معنایی استخراج شد که در قالب سه طبقه اصلی "تضییع حقوق بیمار" دارای چهار طبقه فرعی و طبقه اصلی "تضییع حقوق دانشجو" با پنج طبقه فرعی" و نقص آموزشی دانشجویان" با دو طبقه فرعی ارائه شد. استنتاج: این مطالعه نیاز حیاتی به مهارت‌های تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی را در بین دانشجویان فناوری جراحی و اهمیت رسیدگی به کمبودهای آموزشی برای آماده‌سازی بهتر آن‌ها برای پیچیدگی‌های محیط اتاق عمل را نشان می‌دهد.   Background and purpose: Ethical decision-making is a fundamental aspect of management and a vital competency for healthcare professionals, enabling them to handle complex responsibilities effectively. Surgical technology students, as one of the key groups involved in bedside care, train and work in a complex environment. Due to their close interaction with patients and their presence in the high-risk environment of the operating room, this group experiences higher levels of stress and must make proper ethical decisions in response to ethical dilemmas encountered at the bedside. This study aims to explore the experiences of ethical decision-making among surgical technology trainees. Materials and methods: This qualitative study was conducted in 2023 at Golestan University of Medical Sciences. Using a purposive sampling method, 15 eighth-semester surgical technology students voluntarily participated in the study. Data were collected through semi-structured, interactive, face-to-face interviews with open-ended questions focusing on students' experiences of ethical decision-making during clinical training. For data analysis, MAXQDA software (version 24) and the conventional content analysis approach proposed by Graneheim and Lundman were employed. Results: Data analysis yielded a total of 283 meaning units, categorized into three main themes: "Violation of Patient Rights," with four subcategories; "Violation of Student Rights," with five subcategories; and "Educational Shortcomings in Students", with two subcategories.
