fa تبیین زمینه های همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت در رشته های مرتبط با مدیریت سلامت: مطالعه تحلیل محتوای کیفی Exploring Areas of Collaboration Between Universities and Industry in Health Management: A Qualitative Content Analysis Study کیفی qualitative پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: دانشگاه‌ها برای کارآفرینی و توسعه فناوری در کنار آموزش و پژوهش نیازمند حمایت صنعت هستند. رشته‌های مرتبط با مدیریت سلامت به عنوان یکی از رشـته‌هـای مهم و کلیدی حوزه بهداشت و درمان می‌باشد که ارتباط آن با صنعت به عنـوان یک ضرورت موجب افزایش کیفیت در صنعت می شود، از این رو این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی زمینه‌های همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت در رشته‌های مرتبط با مدیریت سلامت، انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش ‌ها: مطالعه‌ی کیفی حاضر با رویکرد قراردادی در نیمه اول 1403 انجام شده است. داده ها با مصاحبه چهره به چهره نیمه ساختار یافته با مدت زمان میانگین ۴۵ دقیقه از 21 نفر عضو هیأت علمی، کارشناسان، صاحب نظران و کارآفرینان در رشته‌های مرتبط با مدیریت سلامت که حداقل ۳ سال سابقه کاری داشتند و به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، جمع‌‌آوری شد و به روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی تحلیل شدند. هم‌چنین از نرم افزار MAXQDA10 برای مدیریت داده‌ها استفاده شد. برای افزایش اعتبار مطالعه، از چهار معیار مقبولیت و تاییدپذیری استفاده شد و نتایج با تأیید مصاحبه ‌شوندگان و تنوع نمونه‌ها تضمین گردید، و تمامی مراحل به دقت ثبت و مستند شد. یافته‌ها: رشته‌های مرتبط با مدیریت سلامت قابلیت همکاری با هر دو حوزه صنایع مرتبط با سلامت و غیر مرتبط با سلامت را دارند. اقتصاد سلامت، امور بهداشت، امور درمان، صنعت بیمه و اندیشکده‌های خصوصی در حوزه سلامت، از جمله مهم‌ترین صنایع مرتبط با سلامت و آموزش و پرورش، صنایع تولیدی، بازاریابی و اندیشکده‌های خصوصی در سایر حوزه ها از جمله صنایع غیر مرتبط با سلامت هستند. استنتاج: دانش آموختگان رشته مدیریت سلامت دارای توانمندی‌ها و قابلیت های زیادی می‌باشند و به همین واسطه می‌توانند در اکثر صنایع نقش موثری ایفا نمایند. این امر نیازمند پیوند قوی میان دانشگاه و صنعت و انجام سیاستگذاری‌های تسهیل‌گرانه در این حوزه است.   Background and purpose: Universities require industrial collaboration to promote entrepreneurship and technology development alongside education and research. Health management-related fields represent a critical area within health and medical services, where connections with industry are essential to improving quality and efficiency. Therefore, this study aims to identify key areas of collaboration between universities and industry in health management-related fields. Materials and methods: This qualitative study was conducted using a contractual approach in 2024. Data were collected through semi-structured face-to-face interviews lasting approximately 45 minutes each, involving 21 faculty members, experts, and entrepreneurs in health management-related fields. Participants were required to have at least three years of work experience and were selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using content analysis, and MAXQDA 10 software was used for data management. To enhance the validity of the study, four criteria of acceptability and verifiability were applied. The results were confirmed by participants and supported by sample diversity, and all steps were carefully documented and recorded. Results: Health management-related fields have the potential to collaborate with both health-related and non-health-related industries. Among the key health-related industries are health economics, public health, healthcare services, the insurance industry, and private think tanks within the health sector. In addition, non-health-related industries that offer collaboration opportunities include educational sectors, manufacturing industries, marketing, and private think tanks in other fields. Conclusion: Graduates in health management possess diverse skills and capabilities, enabling them to contribute significantly across multiple industries.
