fa وضعیت مراقبتی مراقبان غیر رسمی سالمندان ساکن منازل طب سالمندان Geriatrics پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: مراقبین غیر رسمی، افراد آموزش ندیده ای هستند که جهت ارائه خدمات، وجهی دریافت نمی‌نمایند، در حالی‌که به عنوان ستون اصلی سیستم مراقبت در نظر گرفته می‌شوند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین وضعیت مراقبتی مراقبان غیر رسمی و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بوده که بر روی 360 سالمند 65 سال و بالاترساکن منازل که حداقل از یک بیماری مزمن رنج می‌بردند و 194 مراقب آنان انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه به صورت مصاحبه چهره به چهره جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از تست‌های آماری، توصیفی، کای- دو، T-test، Mann witney،Gamma ، Kruskalwallis test وSpearman مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: 9/53 درصد از سالمندان دارای مراقب بودند که 5/65 درصد ازمراقبین زنان بودند. 2/5 درصد از مراقبین دارای بار مسئولیتی خیلی شدید بودند. میانگین تعداد کمک‌های ارائه شده در زمینه فعالیت‌های روزانه و ابزاری به سالمند به ترتیب 2 ± 17/2 و 5/2 ± 23/8 بوده است. بار مسئولیتی مراقب با تعداد کمک ارائه شده در فعالیت‌های روزانه وابزاری زندگی، دسترسی به نیروی کمکی، تعداد ساعات کمک ارائه شده در هفته و سودمندی سالمند برای مراقب رابطه آماری معنی داری را نشان داد (05/0< p). استنتاج: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که بار مسئولیتی مراقب یکی از متغیرهای مهم و تأثیرگذار در فرآیند ارائه مراقبت غیر رسمی می‌باشد؛ در واقع عواملی که سبب کاهش یا افزایش بار مسئولیتی مراقب می‌شوند در چگونگی ارائه خدمات نقش مهمی را ایفاء می نمایند. Background and purpose: Informal caregiver are untrained people who are not paid for providing care services, while in the care system they are considered as the main option. This study was conducted to determine the status of caregiving of informal caregivers and some related factors. Materials and methods: This cross-sectional study was performed in 360 people older than 65 years of age who suffered from at least one chronic disease and 194 of their caregivers. The samples were selected through multi-stage random sampling method. The data was collected using questionnaires completed through face to face interviews and then analyzed using X2, T-test, Mannwitney, Gamma, Kruskal-wallis tests and Spearman's rank correlation test. Results: Among the population 53.9% of seniors had the advantage of having a caregiver. These caregivers were 65.5% female. The caregivers in some families bared the burden of responsibilities (5.2%). The mean number of assistance provided to the elderly in daily activities and using tools were 2.17±2 and 8.23± 2.5, respectively. We found a significant correlation between burden of responsibilities of caregivers with assistance provided for daily activities and using tools (P<0.05). Conclusion: The results showed burden of responsibility as an important variable influencing the process of informal care.
