fa تبیین مؤلفه‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت ایران؛ مطالعه‌ای کیفی مبتنی بر تجارب ذی‌نفعان Explaining the Components of Academic Social Responsibility in Iran’s Health Higher Education System: A Qualitative Study Based on Stakeholders’ Experiences مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني Health Services Management کیفی Qualitative Research سابقه و هدف: دانشگاه‌ها به‌عنوان نهادهای مولد دانش، نقش کلیدی در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی، تحقق عدالت اجتماعی و پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه ایفا می‌کنند. در این میان، مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان اساسی ارتقای سلامت عمومی و کاهش نابرابری‌های سلامت، اهمیتی دوچندان دارد. با توجه به ضرورت تبیین بومی این مفهوم در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت کشور، این مطالعه کیفی مبتنی بر تجارب ذی‌نفعان با هدف شناسایی و تبیین مؤلفه‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه در ایران، انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش ‌ها: این پژوهش در سال 1403، و به‌صورت کیفی و با انجام مصاحبه‌ های نیمه ‌ساختار یافته با ۱۸ نفر از خبرگان کلان ‌منطقه یک آمایشی کشور انجام شد. داده‌ها به روش هدفمند و سپس گلوله برفی جمع‌آوری و تا اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت. سپس رونویسی مصاحبه‌ها، تعیین واحد معنایی، کدگذاری، طبقه‌بندی بر اساس شباهت و تقارن، شناسایی مضامین انجام و با روش تحلیل محتوی مضامین مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی ۸ درون ‌مایه اصلی و ۴۰ درون‌ مایه فرعی در حوزه مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه گردید. این درون‌ مایه‌ها شامل حکمرانی مسئولانه و پاسخگو، تعلیم و تربیت مسئولانه، پژوهش مسئله‌محور و کاربردی، مشارکت و تعامل با جامعه، مدیریت محیط زیست و توسعه پایدار، پشتیبانی ازسلامت و رفاه جامعه دانشگاهی، توسعه ظرفیت‌های سازمانی برای مسئولیت اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های فرهنگی و زمینه‌ای بومی بودند که ابعاد مختلف مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه را تبیین می‌کنند. استنتاج: مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی فراتر از تعهدات نظری بوده و مستلزم حکمرانی مشارکتی، آموزش مسئله ‌محور، پژوهش‌های کاربردی، و درک عمیق از زمینه‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشور است. این نتایج می‌تواند مبنایی برای طراحی مدل‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری‌های ملی در راستای تقویت نقش دانشگاه‌ها در نظام سلامت ایران باشد. Background and purpose: Universities, as knowledge-generating institutions, play a key role in improving quality of life, promoting social justice, and responding to societal needs. In this context, the social responsibility of medical universities is recognized as a fundamental component for advancing public health and reducing health inequalities. Considering the necessity of contextualizing this concept within the country’s health higher education system, this qualitative study aimed to identify and elucidate the components of university social responsibility in Iran from stakeholders’ perspectives. Materials and methods: This qualitative study was conducted in 2024 through semi-structured interviews with 18 experts from Planning Region One. Participants were recruited through purposive sampling followed by snowball sampling until data saturation was achieved. Interviews were transcribed verbatim, and qualitative content analysis was used to extract meaning units, generate codes, organize categories, and develop themes based on similarities and patterns. Results: Analysis identified eight main themes and 40 subthemes in the domain of university social responsibility. These themes included responsible and accountable governance, responsible education, problem-oriented and applied research, community engagement and interaction, environmental management and sustainable development, support for health and well-being, development of organizational capacity for social responsibility, and culturally grounded and context-specific components. Collectively, these themes illustrate the multidimensional nature of academic social responsibility. Conclusion: The social responsibility of medical universities extends beyond theoretical commitments and requires participatory governance, problem-oriented education, applied research, and a deep understanding of the country’s cultural and social context.
