fa مقایسه تطبیقی وضعیت آموزش بالینی مسمومیت‌ها در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران و دانشگاه‌های منتخب جهان آموزش پزشكی medical education گزارش کوتاه Brief Report <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" koodak="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></span></b> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">آموزش بالینی مسمومیت‌ها یکی از مؤلفه‌های مهم در تربیت پزشکان عمومی توانمند برای تشخیص، درمان اولیه و مدیریت بیماران مسموم محسوب می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه وضعیت آموزش بالینی مسمومیت‌ها در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران و دانشگاه‌های منتخب جهان انجام شد</span>.<span lang="FA"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" koodak="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">مواد و روش </span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" koodak="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">‌</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" koodak="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">ها:</span></span></span></b> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی- تطبیقی بود که در چند مرحله انجام شد. ابتدا دانشگاه‌های منتخب بین‌المللی بر اساس رتبه علمی، شهرت آموزشی، دسترسی به اطلاعات برنامه درسی و تنوع جغرافیایی انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مربوط به عنوان درس، نوع دوره، مدت و ساعات آموزشی، روش‌های تدریس، محتوای آموزشی و شیوه‌های ارزشیابی از وب‌سایت‌ها، طرح درس‌ها و منابع رسمی دانشگاه‌ها استخراج شد. در نهایت، برنامه آموزشی بیمارستان آموزشی ـ درمانی رازی رشت به دلیل نقش آن به‌عنوان مرکز ارجاع منطقه‌ای بیماران مسموم، برخورداری از فعالیت آموزشی و بالینی مرتبط و دسترسی به مستندات آموزشی، به‌عنوان نمونه داخلی مورد تمرکز انتخاب شد.</span><span lang="FA"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" koodak="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">یافته</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" koodak="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">‌</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" koodak="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">ها:</span></span></span></b> <span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">نتایج نشان داد که در دانشگاه‌های منتخب جهان، آموزش سم‌شناسی و مسمومیت‌ها عمدتاً بر محورهایی مانند مبانی سم‌شناسی، توکسیکوکینتیک و توکسیکودینامیک، مکانیسم‌های سمیت، ارزیابی ریسک و مدیریت بالینی مسمومیت‌های حاد و مزمن متمرکز است. با وجود شباهت در محتوای اصلی، تفاوت‌هایی در مدت دوره، الزامی یا انتخابی بودن درس، میزان آموزش عملی و بالینی و روش‌های ارزشیابی مشاهده شد. در ایران، برنامه آموزشی بررسی‌شده شامل آموزش نظری، کارآموزی بالینی، مواجهه با بیماران مسموم، مطالعات موردی، آموزش در اورژانس و بخش بستری و ارزشیابی از طریق آزمون کتبی، ارزیابی بالینی و لاگ‌بوک بود.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" koodak="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">استنتاج:</span></span></span></b> <span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که برنامه آموزش مسمومیت در ایران از نظر پوشش محتوای اصلی و تأکید بر آموزش بالینی با بسیاری از الگوهای بین‌المللی هم‌خوانی دارد، اما استفاده گسترده‌تر از روش‌های نوین آموزشی مانند شبیه‌سازی بالینی، آموزش مبتنی بر سناریو، ارزشیابی‌های ساختارمند مهارت‌محور و طراحی چارچوب شایستگی‌محور می‌تواند به ارتقای کیفیت آن کمک کند.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt">Background and purpose:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt">Clinical education in toxicology and poisoning is an important component of training competent general practitioners capable of diagnosing poisoning, providing initial treatment, and managing poisoned patients. This study aimed to compare poisoning education in Iranian medical universities with that provided at selected universities worldwide.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt"></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Materials and methods:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt">This descriptive-comparative study was conducted in several stages. First, selected international universities were identified based on academic rankings, educational reputation, availability of curriculum information, and geographical diversity. Data on course titles, course types, duration, instructional hours, teaching methods, educational content, and student assessment methods were extracted from university websites, syllabi, and official academic sources. Finally, the educational programme at Razi Teaching and Treatment Hospital in Rasht was selected as the Iranian case for detailed analysis because of its role as a regional referral centre for poisoned patients, its relevant educational and clinical activities, and the availability of educational documents.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Results:</span></span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt">The results showed that, at the selected international universities, toxicology and poisoning education primarily covered topics such as principles of toxicology, toxicokinetics, toxicodynamics, mechanisms of toxicity, risk assessment, and the clinical management of acute and chronic poisoning. Despite similarities in core educational content, differences were observed in course duration, whether courses were compulsory or elective, the extent of practical and clinical training, and assessment methods. In Iran, the reviewed educational programme included theoretical instruction, clinical clerkship, clinical exposure to poisoned patients, case-based learning, training in the emergency department and inpatient wards, and assessment through written examinations, clinical evaluations, and logbooks.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:110%"></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:">Conclusion:</span></span></b> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt">The findings indicated that the poisoning education programme in Iran is broadly consistent with international models in terms of core content and emphasis on clinical training.
