fa ارزیابی آگاهی و رفتار حرفه‌ای کارکنان و دانشجویان رادیولوژی در پیشگیری و مدیریت سل Knowledge and Professional Practices of Radiology Staff and Students Regarding the Prevention and Management of Tuberculosis بهداشت جامعه Community Health گزارش کوتاه Brief Report سابقه و هدف: سل یکی از مهم‌ترین عفونت‌های شغلی کارکنان حوزه سلامت است و کارکنان رادیولوژی به سبب تشخیص رادیوگرافی سل ریوی، در معرض خطر بیش‌تری قرار دارند. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی آگاهی و رفتار حرفه‌ای کارکنان و دانشجویان رادیولوژی در زمینه پیشگیری و مدیریت سل، انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش ‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی-تحلیلی، به روش سرشماری بر روی ۱۱۵ نفر از کارکنان و دانشجویان رادیولوژی بیمارستان امام خمینی شهر ساری در سال ۱۴۰۳ انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ‌ساخته شامل ۳۳ سؤال آگاهی (امتیاز 33 –0) و ۶ سؤال رفتار حرفه‌ای (امتیاز 30 – 6) با روایی و پایایی تأیید شده گردآوری شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۰ و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و رگرسیون خطی در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت ‌کنندگان 28/85 سال و میانگین سابقه کار 5/8 سال بود. از مجموع شرکت ‌کنندگان، ۵۸ نفر (50/4 درصد) زن و همچنین 59/1 درصد کارآموز رادیولوژی و 70/4درصد مجرد بودند. میانگین نمره آگاهی و رفتار حرفه‌ای به ترتیب 17/77 و 16/66 بود. تنها 24/3 درصد از شرکت‌ کنندگان آگاهی خوب و 21/8 درصد رفتار حرفه‌ای مطلوب بودند. آگاهی نسبت به علائم سل (۸۷ درصد) و انتقال هوایی بیماری (91/3 درصد) مطلوب بود، اما باورهای نادرست درباره راه‌های انتقال، به‌ویژه انتقال از طریق مایع منی یا ترشحات واژن (۴۷ درصد)، و ضعف در پرسش از بیماران درباره وجود سرفه مشاهده شد. نتایج نتایج رگرسیون خطی نشان داد که شغل و رفتار حرفه‌ای پیش‌بینی‌ کننده آگاهی و آگاهی نیز پیش‌بینی‌ کننده رفتار حرفه‌ای بود. استنتاج: آگاهی و رفتار حرفه‌ای کارکنان و دانشجویان رادیولوژی در زمینه پیشگیری و مدیریت سل در سطح متوسط رو به پایین است. اجرای آموزش‌های مستمر با تأکید بر اصلاح باورهای نادرست، غربالگری علائم تنفسی و رعایت اقدامات کنترل عفونت برای کاهش خطر انتقال شغلی سل توصیه می‌شود.   Background and purpose: Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the most important occupational infections among healthcare workers. Radiology staff are at increased risk due to their role in the radiological evaluation and diagnosis of pulmonary TB. This study aimed to assess the knowledge and professional practices of radiology staff and students regarding TB prevention and management. Materials and methods: This cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study was conducted using a census sampling method among all radiology staff and students at Imam Khomeini Hospital, Sari, Iran, in 2024. A total of 115 participants were included. Data were collected using a validated, researcher-developed questionnaire consisting of 33 knowledge items (score range: 0-33) and 6 professional practice items (score range: 6-30). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 through descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis at a significance level of 0.05. Results: The mean age of participants was 28.85 years, and the mean work experience was 5.8 years. Of the participants, 50.4% were female, 59.1% were radiology trainees, and 70.4% were single. The mean knowledge and professional practice scores were 17.77 and 16.66, respectively. Only 24.3% of participants demonstrated good knowledge, and 21.8% demonstrated appropriate professional practice. Knowledge regarding TB symptoms (87%) and airborne transmission (91.3%) was satisfactory; however, misconceptions regarding transmission routes, particularly sexual transmission (47%), and inadequate practices, such as failure to inquire about patients’ cough symptoms, were observed. Regression analysis showed that occupation and professional practice significantly predicted knowledge, while knowledge also significantly predicted practice. Conclusion: The knowledge and professional practices of radiology staff and students regarding TB prevention and management were suboptimal.
