fa بررسی ارتباط بین عوامل استرس زای مدرسه و شکایات جسمانی در دانش آموزان شهرستان ساری در سال تحصیلی 79-1378 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>از نظر بهداشت روانی مدرسه عامل بسیار با اهمیت در تامین یا عدم تامین بهداشت روانی دانش آموزان به حساب می آید. تحقیقات متعدد نشان می دهند که دانش آموزان به دلایل متعدد به اختلالات رفتاری و روانی دچار می باشند. عواملی مانند روبرو شدن با ناظم یا مدیر مدرسه، تأکید بیش از حد مدرسه به نظم و ترتیب، کوچک بودن فضای مدرسه، شلوغ و پر سروصدا بودن مدرسه و کلاسها، عقب افتادن از درس، تحقیر دانش آموز در کلاس و از این قبیل در دانش آموزان مدرسه استرس یا فشار روانی را ایجاد می کند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> روش پژوهش در این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه آماری در این تحقیق 950 دانش آموز دبیرستانی است که بر اساس فرمول برآورد نمونه انتخاب شده اند. شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی است.<br><strong>نتایج</strong>: نتایج نشان می دهد که بین عوامل استرس زای مدرسه و شکایات جسمانی در دانش آموزان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان می دهد که بین عوامل استرس زای مدرسه و شکایات جسمانی دانش آموزان دختر و پسر ارتباط معناداری مشاهده می شود. و بین دانش آموزان پسر و دختر از نظر میزان تجربه عوامل استرس زای مدرسه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> همانطور که در قسمت یافته ها اشاره گردید بین عوامل استرس زای مدرسه (از قبیل روبرو شدن با ناظم و یا مدیر مدرسه، تنبیه شدن دانش آموزان در کلاس، شلوغ و پر سروصدا بودن کلاس و مدرسه، غیربهداشتی بودن سرویس بهداشتی، بی نظمی و بداخلاقی معلم در کلاس، ترس و اضطراب از امتحان و عواملی مانند این) و شکایات جسمانی (مانند سردرد، دلشوره، درد معده، ناراحتی قلبی، سرگیجه و مانند این) ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق اگر بتوان عوامل استرس زای مدرسه را کاهش داد می توان گام موثر و مثبتی در برطرف کردن مشکلات جسمانی و روانی دانش آموزان در مدرسه برداشت و مدرسه از این نظر می تواند عامل موثر ایجاد بهداشت روانی باشد. </div><!-- br--><!-- br--> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span> Ôn the basis of mental health, school plays an important role in school students. Different researches have shown that school students are prone to various psychological and behaviour disorders. Different factors such as, facing with principal or persuading of school authorities to obey and order (discipline) having not proper space. Noisiness of school and the class. Delay in Prperation of the lessons. Discredency of students in the class, and so on, would lead to stress in the students. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> This research was a descriptive- correlative study, the cases were 950 high school students. Whom were selected on the basic of statistical formula the samples were collected randomly. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results: </span>The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between the existing psychogenic factors and physical complains scale in the school students. Âlso the results showed that there is significant relationship between the existing psychogenic factors in boys and girls student.
