fa بررسی تغییرات هیستولوژیک و مرفولوژیک بافت بیضه رت (RAT) بالغ در دوران حاد قطع نخاع پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> صدمه به نخاع در ناحیه دم اسب (Cauda equina) حدود 10 درصد تا 20 درصد آسیب های ستون فقرات را شامل می شود. که افراد صدمه دیده به دنبال آن دچار عارضه پاراپلژی می گردند. و اکثر این افراد در سنین 16 تا 30 سال قرار دارند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها </span>:در این تحقیق، تغییرات بافت شناسی و مرفولوژی بافت بیضه رت نژاد Sprague-Dawley در هفته های اول، دوم، و سوم بعد از قطع نخاع بررسی شد. در گروه آزمایش، طناب نخاعی در حد مهره T9 قطع گردید و در گروه کنترل پوست باز شد ولی لامینکتومی و قطع نخاع انجام نگردید. سپس در زمان مورد نظر بیضه ها خارج شده و پس از تعیین وزن و حجم در محلول ثابت کننده بوئن جهت مطالعات میکروسکوپ نوری قرار داده شدند. پس از انجام مراحل آماده سازی نمونه، تغییرات هیستولوژیک با استفاده از تکنیک های رنگ آمیزی هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین، پاس، تری کروم ماسون و تولوییدن بلو و تغییرات کمی به وسیله تکنیک های مرفومتریک مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br><strong>نتایج</strong>: اطلاعات به دست آمده نشانگر تغییرات زیر در بیضه های گروه قطع نخاع می باشد:- کاهش تعداد سلول های جرم در اپی تلیوم مجاری منی ساز- کاهش درصد حجمی مجاری منی ساز- کاهش درصد حجمی فضای بینابینی- عدم تغییر در تعداد سلول های سرتولی- عدم تغییر در سلول های لیدیگ و اجزای بافت بینابینی- افزایش شدت تغییرات ذکر شده با گذشت زمان<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج :</span>به طور کلی می توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که قطع نخاع سبب ایجاد تغییر در فعالیت طبیعی سلول های بافت بیضه و نقش طبیعی عوامل داخلی و خارجی می شود و در روند اسپرماتوژنز اختلال ایجاد می کند. </div><!-- br--><!-- br--> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose :</span> Spinal cord injury at caudi equine region, would cause about 10-20% of vertebral column damages, which is followed by paraplegia, and most of the patients of such cases are in the age group of 16 to 30 years. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and Methods : </span>Ïn this study histological and morphological changes in Sprague-Daweley rat testies in the first, second and third week of spinal cord transsection was evaluated. Ïn the test group spinal cord was transsected at ta level. Ând in the control group, skin was cut but laminectomy and spinal cord transsection was not performed. Ïn a proposed time testies were taken out and after determining the weight and volume, fixation by Buin’s solution wasdone, to be abserved by light microscope.
