fa بررسی انگل های خارجی جوندگان در مناطق شهری استان مازندران در سال های 76 الی 78 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> با توجه به نقش انگل های خارجی جوندگان در انتقال بیماری های مختلف از جمله طاعون، تب راجعه، تیفوس مورن و غیره، مطالعه ای جهت بررسی انگل های خارجی جوندگان در مناطق مختلف استان مازندران در سال های 76 الی 78 انجام پذیرفت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> تحقیق به روش توصیفی انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه جوندگان شهرهای ساری، بهشهر، قائم شهر (جویبار) ، آمل، محمودآباد، نور، رامسر، تنکابن و نواحی مرکزی شهرها (5 کیلومتر اطراف شهر) بودند. با نصب تله های زنده گیر به صورت تصادفی در اماکن مختلف، نسبت به صید جوندگان اقدام گردید. پس از صید جوندگان و انتقال آنها به آزمایشگاه، متعاقب بیهوشی و ثبت مشخصات ظاهری جوندگان، آنها در بالای تشتک آبی به منظور جدا کردن انگل های خارجی برس می شدند. انگل های خارجی پس از جمع آوری از روی تشتک آب در الکل 70 درجه نگهداری شده تا پس از مونته شدن مورد شناسایی قرار گیرند. همچنین کلیه اطلاعات مربوط به جونده و انگل در فرم مخصوص ثبت گردیده و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> درطی این بررسی مجموعا 371 جونده متعلق به هفت گونه صید گردید که عبارت بودند از: 148 Rattus rattus عدد (40 درصد)؛ 87 Rattus norvegicus عدد (23 درصد)؛ 40 Mus musculus عدد (11 درصد)؛ 25 Glis glis عدد (7 درصد)؛ 7 Apodemus sylvaticus عدد (2 درصد)؛ 45 Nesokia indica عدد (12 درصد)؛ و 19 Arvicola terrestis عدد (5 درصد). همچنین در این بررسی اکتوپارازیت های جدا شده عبارت بودند از:Hoplopleuridae ، Echinolaelaps echidninus،Opiliacaridae ،Rhipicephalus ، N.faciatus وIxodidae که بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به Hoplopleuridae و کمترین فراوانی مربوط بهIxodidae می باشد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج: </span>نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می دهد که میزان آلودگی به انگل های خارجی در جوندگان صید شده و در منطقه مورد مطالعه 40 درصد می باشد. آلودگی در گونه هایRattus rattus ،Nesokia indica ، Rattus norvegicus و Arvicola terrestris مشاهده گردید و اکتوپارازیت های جدا شده همگی از نظر پزشکی و دامپزشکی حایز اهمیت می باشند. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and Purpose :</span> Çonsidering the role of rodents ectoparasites in transmission of different diseases such as, plaque, relapsing fever, typhus mureium, etc. Â study was done in different areas of mazandaran province in order to identify rodents ectoparasites. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods :</span> This was a descriptive study done on the rodents hunted from different areas of Sari, Behshar, Gaemshahr, Âmol, Mahmoud abad, Noor, Ramsar, Tonekabon and Suburban regions of the above mentioned cities up to the distance of 5 kilometers. The rodents were hunted by trap installed randomly in different areas. The hunted rodents were transferred to laboratory, anaesthetised and the morphological characteristics were recorded, kept on water container then the body surface was brushed, in this way the parasites came up to the water surface. The surface water was collected and kept in 70% alcohol, then mounted for identification of parasites. Âlso all the data concerning the rodent and parasite were recorded in questionnair and analyzed statistically. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results :</span> Ïn this study, 371 rodents belonging to 7 species were hunted as follow: Rattus rattus 148 (40%), Rattus norvegicus 87 (23%), Mus musculus 40 (11%), Glis glis 25(7%), Âpodemus sylvaticus 7(2%) Nesokia indica 43(12%), Ârvicola terrestis 19(5%). The isolated ectoparasites were as follow: Hoplopleuridae, Ëchinolaelaps echidninus, opiliacaridae, Rhipicephalus, N. faciatus and Ïxodidae, of which the most frequent rate of isolation belonged to Hoplopleuridae and the less frequent rate belonged to Ïxodidae. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Çonclusion :</span> The results of this study reveal that the rate of contamination with ectoparasites in the hunted rodents was 40%.
