fa بررسی میزان استفاده از انواع روش های پیشگیری از بارداری و نگرش زنان ازدواج کرده زیر 25 سال مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی غرب استان مازندران نسبت به تنظیم خانواده در سال 1380 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>رعایت تنظیم خانواده به خصوص در گروه های سنی نوجوان و جوان از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هدف از این بررسی تعیین میزان استفاده از روش های پیشگیری از بارداری و نگرش زنان ازدواج کرده زیر 25 سال نسبت به تنظیم خانواده در غرب استان مازندران است.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها :</span> پژوهش به صورت توصیفی انجام پذیرفته است. 542 خانم ازدواج کرده زیر 25 سال مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشت شهری و روستایی به طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای از چهار شهرستان در غرب استان مازندران انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> شایعترین روش پیشگیری مورد استفاده 28.6) IUD درصد) می باشد و مهمترین علت ترک روش قبلی یا عدم کاربرد روش پیشگیری، عوارض استفاده مطرح شده است. تعداد ایده آل فرزندان به عقیده اکثریت افراد (8/74 درصد)، دو فرزند بوده و اکثریت افراد نسبت به تعداد ایده آل فرزندان (59 درصد) و تنظیم خانواده (6/ 60درصد) نگرش مثبتی داشتند. همچنین بین نوع روش پیشگیری مورد استفاده و یکسری از مشخصات دموگرافیکی شامل سن (p<0.02)، سن ازدواج (p<0.02)، تعداد کل حاملگی (p<0.0016)، تعداد کل فرزندان (p<0.001)، سطح تحصیلات (p<0.0006)، سطح تحصیلات همسر (p<0.0099)، شغل همسر (p<0.00001)، محل سکونت (p<0.0001) و شرایط سکونت(p<0.0001) همبستگی معنی دار آماری وجود دارد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> در جامعه پژوهش، شایعترین روش پیشگیری، IUD بوده و نگرش مثبتی نسبت به تنظیم خانواده وجود دارد. آموزش افراد جهت انتخاب صحیح روش و کاهش عوارض توصیه می شود که بهتر است قبل از ازدواج آغاز گردد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose: </span>Family planning is very important particularly in adolescents and youth age group. The aim of this study is to determine the rate of using family planning methods with contraceptives and the attitude of married females under 25 years towards family planning in west of mazandaran province. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> This research has been descriptive method. 542 married females under 25 years referring to urban and rular health centers were selected by cluster sampling from four townships of west mazandaran, and interviewed. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results : </span>ÏÜD is the most common used method of contraception (28.6%). The main reason of leaving previous method of contracepton, or not using prevention method was the cause of side effect. The ideal children number according the majority (47.8%) of the persons under study was 2. Most of the individuals had positive attitude towards family planning (60.6%) and ideal number of children (59%). There was statistical significant correlation between the method of prevention and a series of demographic criteria such as age (p<0.02), age of marriage (p<0.02), total number of pregnancies (p<0.0016), total number of children (p<0.001), level of education (p<0.0006), level of hosband’s education (p<0.0099) hosband’s occupation (p<0.00001), residential place (p<0.00001) and living conditions p<0.0001. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Çonclusion:</span> ÏÜD was the most common method of prevention in the society under investigation and there was a positive attitude towards family planning.
