fa شایع ترین نیاز بهداشت باروری جنسی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و مثلثی شهر ساری- 1392 مامائی Midwifery پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف : در مراکز مثلثی که در قالب آموزش، مشاوره، پ یشگیری و درمان در سه بعد ب یماری ها ی آم یزشی، اچ آی وی/ ای دز و سوء مصرف مواد فعالیت می کنند، به نیازهای باروری (از جمله مادری ایمن ) توجه کافی مبذول نمی شود . از سوی دیگر در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی به نیازهای جنسی مراجعین توجه نشده و به بیماران مبتلا به بیماری های آمیزشی شامل اچ آی وی/ ایدز و نیز به معتادان خدماتی ارائه نم ی شود. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف تعیین و مقایسه شایع ترین نیاز بهداشت باروری جنسی در مراجعین به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و مثلثی شهر ساری در شمال ایران انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی - مقطعی؛ فاز اول (کمی) یک مطالعه بزر گ تر ترکیبی توضیحی متوالی است . نیازهای بهداشت باروری جنسی دو گروه، با استفاده از پرسش نامه ای استاندارد شده مطابق با فرهنگ ایرانی استفاده شد . فراوانی نیازهای بهداشت باروری جنسی در 600 زن مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی (گروه اول : 514 نفر ) و مرکز مثلثی (گروه دوم: 86 نفر) شهر ساری ارزیابی و مقایسه شد. یافته ها: شایع ترین نیاز بهداشت باروری جنسی در بعد مادری ایمن؛ سزارین در هر دو گروه، در بعد تنظیم خانواده؛ استفاده از روش های سنتی پیشگیری از بارداری در هر دو گروه، در بعد سابقه و رفت ارهای جنسی؛ در گروه اول مولتی ترشح غیرشفاف و پنیری شکل در هر دو ؛STI پارتنر بودن همسر و در گروه دوم مولتی پارتنر بودن مراجعه کننده، در بعد در هر دو گروه و در بعد خشونت ، وادار شدن به HIV کمبود آگاهی در باره راه های انتقال ؛HIV/AIDS گروه، در بعد فعالیت جنسی ا ز سوی هم سر در هر دو گروه بوده است . در میان این ها انجام سزارین (بعد مادری ایمن ) از سایر موارد شایع تر بود. استنتاج: با توجه به این که در هر دو گروه، شای ع ترین نیاز، مربوط به بعد مادری ایمن (شیوع بالای سزارین ) بود، لذا به منظور صرفه جویی در هزینه ها و حل م شکلاتی از قبیل داغ ننگ در مراجعین به مراکز مثلثی، پیشنهاد می شود این دو نوع مرکز در هم ادغام شوند. Background and purpose: Services of triangle centers in terms of training are counseling, prevention, and treatment in the three areas of sexually transmitted diseases, HIV / AIDS and drugs abuse. Healthcare providers of these centers have little respect for women’s reproductive health needs (including safe motherhood). The health care centers do not provide enough sexual services including sexually transmitted diseases, HIV/AIDS and drug abuse to patients. The aim of this study was to determine and compare the most common SRH needs of individuals of this two types of centers. Material and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, for determining the sexual and reproductive health needs of the women in two groups, a standardized questionnaire of SRH needs assessment was used. The frequency of sexual and reproductive health needs of 600 women referred to health centers (group I: 514 women) and triangular center (Group II: 86 women) were evaluated Results: The most common SRH needs of women was cesarean section (need to safe delivery) in both two types of centers in the domain of safe motherhood, the use of traditional methods of contraception (need to spacing in childbearing) in the domain of family planning in the clients of the both two types of centers, being multi-partner of participants’ husband (need to general and sexual health) in health care centers and being multi-partner of participants in triangle center in the domain of sexual history and practices (that the prevalence in two types of centers was very low, turbid and cheese form vaginal discharge (need to general and sexual health) in both types of centers in the domain of sexually transmitted infection, poor knowledge about routes of HIV transmission (need to knowledge about HIV/AIDS) in the domain of HIV/AIDS, and husband's sexual coercion (need to general, mental and sexual health) in the domain of violence. Among these needs, cesarean section (domain of safe motherhood) was more common than the others.
