fa درمان کولیک کلیوی با استفاده از تزریق داخل جلدی آب مقطر استریل پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> کولیک کلیوی یکی از فوریت های شایع اورولوژی است. مطالعه حاضر که یک کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور است، تاثیر تزریق آب مقطر داخل جلدی در درمان کولیک کلیوی را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> تعداد 100 بیمار با کولیک کلیوی به طور تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی 50 نفره تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. در گروه اول cc5/0 آب مقطر و در گروه دوم (گروه شاهد) 0.5 cc نرمال سالین به طریقه داخل جلدی تزریق شد. قبل از تزریق، 30 و 90 دقیقه بعد از تزریق، شدت درد با استفاده از سیستم VAS ثبت گردید. بیمارانی که وجود سنگ در آن ها با استفاده از تصویربرداری اثبات نشد از مطالعه خارج شدند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> میانگین شدت درد قبل از درمان در گروه اول 9.86±0.40 و در گروه شاهد 6.96±0.19 بود که این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود (p<0.12) این میانگین 30 و 90 دقیقه بعد از تزریق در گروه آب مقطر به ترتیب 0.76±2.3 و 1.02±2.63 و در گروه شاهد به ترتیب 5.94±4 و 6.7±4.19 بود. این اختلاف در دو گروه از نظر آماری معنی دار بود p<0.001) و(p<0.001 . در گروه آب مقطر، درد در همه بیماران بعد از تزریق بهبود یافت؛ در حالی که فقط 34 درصد بیماران در گروه شاهد، بهبود درد را گزارش نمودند. در هیچ یک از بیماران در دو گروه، عارضه خاصی مشاهده نشد. تنها عارضه مهم، درد شدید وگذرا در موقع تزریق بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> یافته های این مطالعه نشان دهنده تاثیر تزریق داخل جلدی آب مقطر در درمان سندرم های حاددرد از جمله کولیک کلیوی می باشد. از مزایای این روش می توان به موثر بودن، دسترسی به آن در همه جا، ارزان بودن و کاربرد آسان آن اشاره کرد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose :</span>Kidney colitis is a common urologic emergenc. Ïn this double blind clinical trial, the effect of intra cutaneous injection of slerile distilled water (D/W) in the treatment of kidney colitis is studied, is studied. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods : </span>Total number of 100 patients suffering from kidney colitis were randomly and egualy devided into control and cuse groups. Those patients whose kidney stone could not be proved by imaging were excluded from the study. 0.5 ml of D/W and 0.5 ml of normal saline were injected intracutaneusly to case and control groups respectively. Severity of pain was recorded by VÂS system prior to and 30 and 90 min after injection. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results :</span> Maen severity of pain prior to the treatment in the case and control groups were 9.86+0.40 and 6.42+ 0.19 respectively. This defference was not statistically significant (P<0.12) means for severity of pain 30 and 90 minutes after treatment in case group were 203+ 0.76 and 1.02+2.63 and in control group 5.94+4 and 6.7+4.19 respectively. The differences in means were statistically significant in both groups (P<0.001). There was no pain after injection of D/W wheras oney 34% of the patients in control group had no pain. No certain complications were observed in two groups, except for severe but transienc pain at the time of injection. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Çonclusion : </span>Results of this study reveal that intra cutaneus injection of D/W is effective in treatment of acute pain like kidney colitis.
