fa گزارش سه مورد نادر از سیاه زخم ناشی از یک مواجهه پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> بیماری سیاه زخم یک عفونت حاد باکتریال ناشی از باسیل سیاه زخم می باشد. انسان از طریق تماس با حیوان یا محصولات آلوده حیوانی مبتلا می شود. در انسان 95 درصد به صورت پوستی و 5 درصد به صورت تنفسی تظاهر می یابد. شکل گوارشی سیاه زخم بسیار نادر بوده و کم تر از 1 درصد کل موارد را تشکیل می دهد. مننژیت ناشی از سیاه زخم نادر است و به عنوان عارضه هر یک از سه شکل آن مطرح می باشد. در این مقاله سه مورد نادر سیاه زخم (گوارشی، حلقی- دهانی و مننژیت) که از یک کانون ایجاد شده اند، معرفی می گردند.سه بیمار معرفی شده از یک خانواده اند و به دنبال مصرف گوشت آلوده با سه تابلوی مختلف بیماری بستری شدند. به طور یقین آگاهی داشتن از تظاهرات اشکال بالینی سیاه زخم در مناطق اندمیک بسیار مهم است. </div> Ânthrax is an acute bacterial infection caused by Bacillus anthraces. Humans become infected under natural conditions by contacting infected animals or contaminated animal products. Âbout 95% of human anthrax is cutaneous and 5% respiratory. Gastrointestinal anthrax is a very rare type and has been reported to make less than 1% of all cases. Ânthrax meningitis is a rare complication of any of the three forms of the disease. We report three rare cases of anthrax (gastrointestinal, oropharyngeal and meningitis) with the same source of exposure.These three patients are from a family admitted to the hospital with different clinical pictures after ingestion of half-cooked meat from a sick sheep.
