fa بررسی مقایسه ای ضخامت انتیما- مدیای شریان کاروتید در نوجوانان 18-12 ساله چاق با گروه کنترل پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> وزن بیش از حد طبیعی در دوره طفولیت با فرایند آترواسکلروز همراه می باشد. در مرحله اول این عارضه خود را به صورت ضخیم شدن انتیما نشان می دهد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ضخامت انتیما- مدیا (IMT) در تنه و بولب شریان کاروتید در اطفال 12 تا 18 ساله چاق در مقایسه با گروه شاهد می باشد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> در یک مطالعه مورد- شاهدی، در 80 دانش آموز 18-12 ساله؛ پس از ثبت قد، وزن، فشار خون؛ کلسترول و تری گلیسرید، میانگین IMT تنه و بولب شریان کاروتید هر دو سمت به دست آمد و یافته ها به وسیله آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس، مجذور کای و t student در نرم افزار SPSS در سطح معنی دار P کم تر از 0.05 تحلیل شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها: </span>میانگین سنی در گروه های چاق و شاهد به ترتیب 13.9±1.7 سال و 14.4±1.9 سال بود، گروه چاق شامل 24 دختر و 16 پسر و گروه طبیعی شامل 23 دختر و 17 پسر بودند. میانگین وزن، کلسترول و تری گلیسیرید در گروه چاق به ترتیب 175.9 mg/dl, 72.05 kg و 154.9 mg/dl و در گروه شاهد 146.9 mg/dl, 47.9kg و 90.05 mg/dl بود (P<0.001). میانگین IMT شریان کاروتید در گروه چاق و کنترل به ترتیب 0.4806 و 0.4167 میلی متر با P<0.001 و میانگین IMT بولب در دو گروه فوق الذکر به ترتیب 0.4885 و 0.4362 میلی متر بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> افزایش ضخامت IMT در تنه و بولب شریان کاروتید در نوجوانان چاق مشاهده می شود و این افزایش ضخامت همراه با افزایش سطح کلسترول و تری گلیسیرید خون است. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and Purpose:</span> Childhood overweight and obesity can be an underlying cause of atherosclerosis. An early stage of atherosclerosis is shown by intimal thickening. The purpose of this study is to evaluate intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid arteries on 12 to18 years’ old obese children in comparison to control group. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and Methods:</span> In a case-control study, height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglyceride, mean IMT of body and bulb of carotid artery (of both sides) were measured in eighty (40 obese & 40 normal), 12 to18 years old students. Data was analyzed by X2 and student - test in SPSS-15 analytical software at P<0.05. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results: </span>The mean age in obese and control groups were 13.9 ± 1.7 and 14.4 ± 1.9 years respectively (P=0.192) .The mean weight, cholesterol and triglyceride in the obese group was 72.05 kg, 175.9 mg/dl and 154.9mg/dl. In control group, 47.9 kg, 146.9 mg/dl and 90.05 mg/dl respectively (P<0.000).
