fa بررسی اپیدمیولوژی انواع سرطان در استان مازندران در سال 1385 (گزارش کوتاه) پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> الگوی بروز انواع مختلف سرطان در بین جمعیت های مختلف متفاوت بوده و با عواملی نظیر مسایل شغلی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، نژادی، جغرافیایی و تغذیه ای در ارتباط می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی و ثبت موارد سرطان در بین جمعیت استان مازندران بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> تمامی موارد سرطان در بین جمعیت استان مازندران در سال 1385 با استفاده از موارد ثبت شده در مراکز پاتولوژی، تصویربرداری، واحد مدارک پزشکی بیمارستان ها و گواهی فوت جمع آوری گردید و بر اساس راهنمای طبقه بندی بین المللی بیماری ها (ICDO) دسته بندی شد و مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> از 2399 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان مورد مطالعه 1321 نفر (55.06 درصد) مرد و 1078 نفر (44.94 درصد) زن بودند. میزان استاندارد سنی برای کلیه سرطانها در مردان و زنان به ترتیب 112.91 و 104.59 در یک صدهزار نفر جمعیت بود. شایعترین سرطانها در زنان به ترتیب سرطان پستان (23.38 درصد)، پوست (11.78 درصد) و کولون و ورکتوم (10.30 درصد) و در مردان به ترتیب سرطان معده (41.42 درصد)، سرطان پوست (15.59 درصد) و سرطان مری (9.08 درصد) بود. شایعترین مورفولوژی در سرطان پستان (69.35 درصد) کارسینوم التهابی لوله و در سرطان معده (54.67 درصد) آدنوکارسینوم بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> با توجه به تفاوت ملاحظه شده در توزیع انواع بدخیمی ها در جامعه استان مازندران، لازم است سیاستهای مناسب نسبت به ثبت دقیق موارد سرطان و ارایه پژوهشهای تکمیلی به منظور شناسایی عوامل خطرساز سرطانهای شایع در استان اتخاذ و عمل گردد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span>Cancer is the second most common cause of death in developed countries and third in less developed countries. The incidence of the different histological types of cancer varies greatly between various populations and is attributed to occupational, social, cultural, racial, and geographic influences. The objective of this study was to determine and register all cases of cancer among population of Mazandaran province, during the year of 2006. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span>Characteristics of all registered malignancies were obtained from records in histopathology and radiology clinical, hospitals and deaths certificated in Mazandaran using the International Classification of Disease (ICD), with data being analyzed using ASR, Excel and spss soft ware. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span>A total of 2.399 patients with cancers were found during this study. These, 1.321(55.06%) were males and 1.078 (44.94%) females. Age standardized rate (ASR) for all cancers in males and females were 112.91/100000 and 104.59/100000 Respectively. The most common malignancies among females were breast (23.38%), skin (11.78%), colon and rectum cancers (10.30%). In men, stomach (42.41%), skin (15.59%) and esophagus (9.08%) were the most common cancers respectively. Infiltrating duct carcinoma, was the most common histopathological types of tumors (69.35%) in breast cancer. The most common morphology in stomach cancer was adenocarcinoma, (54.67%). <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion:</span> Distribution of malignant disorders in our population is different from other regions. Therefore, it appears necessary to have a valid health policy for prevention.
