fa بررسی رابطه خطوط انگشتان دست با اختلالات دو قطبی نوع یک و روان گسیختگی پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> آثار انگشتان دست و سامانه اعصاب دارای منشا مشترک و بنیان ژنتیکی است. بنابراین هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه احتمالی خطوط انگشتان دست با اختلالات ژنتیکی شایع و ناتوان کننده دو قطبی نوع یک و روان گسیختگی بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها: </span>در یک مطالعه مورد شاهدی اثر انگشتان دست 100 بیمار مبتلا به روان گسیختگی و 100 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال دو قطبی نوع یک 100 و 100 فرد بدون سابقه اختلال روانی در خود و بستگان درجه یک ثبت گردید و به صورت بیخبر از تشخیص کدگذاری شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> در بیماران دو قطبی اثر انگشت نوع گردبادی به طور با اهمیتی بیشتر (p<0.03) و در بیماران مبتلا به روان گسیختگی اثر انگشت نوع کمانی به طور با اهمیتی کمتر (p<0.002) از گروه شاهد سالم بود. بیماران دو قطبی فقط در دو انگشت نشانه و میانه چپ (به ترتیب p کوچکتر از 0.02 و 0.01) و بیماران مبتلا به روان گسیختگی در انگشت شست راست، حلقه راست و چپ (به ترتیبp کوچکتر از 0.04، 0.04 و 0.02) با گروه شاهد تفاوت داشتند. بیماران مبتلا به روان گسیختگی با مبتلایان به اختلال دو قطبی تفاوت مهمی نداشتند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج: </span>داشتن اثر انگشت نوع گردبادی در دو انگشت نشانه و میانه چپ و کمتر بودن اثر انگشت نوع کمانی در انگشت شست راست، حلقه راست و چپ به ترتیب مرتبط با اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک و روان گسیختگی هستند. اما نمی توان مبتلایان به روان گسیختگی را بر اساس اثر انگشتها از مبتلایان به اختلال دو قطبی تفکیک کرد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span> Dermatoglyphic patterns and nervous system share a common stem and genetic basis. Âccordingly the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and dermatoglyphic patterns. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> The fingerprint patterns of 100 patients with bipolar Ï disorder (BÏD), 100 patients with schizophrenia (SÇH) and 100 healthy controls (Çontrol Group: ÇG) were analyzed and compared in this case-control study blindly. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span> The frequency of whorl pattern was higher in BÏD group than in ÇG group (P<0.03). The frequency of arches in SÇH group was less prevalent than that in ÇG (P<0.002). Dermatoglyphic analysis showed only significant differences in the 2nd and 3rd finger of the left hand between BÏD and ÇG (P<0.02 and P<01 respectively). The difference was also significant in the 1st and 4th finger of the right hand as well as in the 4th finger of the left hand between SÇH and ÇG (P<0.04, P<04, and P<02 respectively). Dermatoglyphic pattern of the BÏD and SÇH patients was not significantly different. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Çonclusion:</span> Higher whorl pattern in the 2nd and 3rd finger of the left hand and lower arches in the 1st and 4thfinger of the right hand as well as in the 4th finger of the left hand may be associated with BÏD and SÇH respectively.
