fa تبیین نیازهای آموزشی و چگونگی ارایه خدمات آموزشی مرتبط با سلامت دختران نوجوان: یک مطالعه کیفی پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> گرچه مطالعات زیادی در زمینه وضعیت سلامت نوجوانان انجام شده است، ولیکن تحقیقات کیفی اندکی در رابطه با نیازهای آموزشی سلامت دختران نوجوان انتشار یافته است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی نیازهای آموزشی سلامت دختران نوجوان می باشد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> در این تحقیق کیفی، 67 دختر نوجوان 12 تا 18 ساله و 11 فرد کلیدی آگاه با حضور در مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته، تجارب خود را پیرامون نیازهای آموزشی دختران نوجوان بیان نمودند. نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف از بین افراد ساکن در مناطق شهری و روستایی شهرستان ساری صورت گرفت. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات، تحلیل داده ها از طریق روش تحلیل درون مایه ای صورت گرفت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها: </span>استخراج کدهای مطالعه منجر به پدیدار شدن دو درونمایه تطابق آموزش ها با نیازها (شامل بر دو طبقه اصلی: نیاز به محتوای مناسب آموزشی و نیاز به شیوه مناسب آموزشی) و مشارکت همگانی در آموزش (شامل بر دو طبقه اصلی: ارتقا عملکرد رسانه ها و مشارکت شبکه های اجتماعی) شد. هر طبقه اصلی نیز مشتمل بر چند طبقه فرعی بود که با جملاتی از مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش، توضیح داده شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج: </span>نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که ارتقا سطح دانش و آگاهی دختران نوجوان در مورد مفاهیم مرتبط با بهداشت باروری و ارتقا مهارت های زندگی از اساسی ترین نیازهای آموزشی آنان می باشد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span> Âlthough much has been written about the health status of adolescents, little qualitative research has been published on educational health needs of female adolescents. The purpose of this study was to describe the educational health needs of female adolescents. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> Ïn this qualitative study, 67 female adolescents between 12-18 years of age and 11 key informants participated expressed their experiences on educational health needs of female adolescents, using semi structured interviews. Participants were recruited based on purposeful sampling and with maximum variety from rural and urban area of Sari city. Âll tape-recorded data was fully transcribed and thematic analysis was done. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results: </span>The findings of this research on the adolescents' health-information needs emphasized on two overarching themes including adjusting education according to the needs (includes two subcategories: preferred content and method of delivery) and public participation in education (includes two subcategories: promotion of mass media performance and social networks participation in education).
