fa اثر ضدسرفه ای ترامادول در بیماران مبتلا به سیاه سرفه مزاحم پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> سرفه ‌های شدید، مزاحم و طولانی مدت در مبتلایان به سیاه سرفه سبب اختلال در فعالیت روزانه آنان و یا والدین مبتلایان می ‌گردد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی اثر ترامادول در تسکین سرفه و شدت بیماری در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری سیاه سرفه بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> 60 نفر از افراد بالغ 15 تا 35 ساله با تشخیص بیماری سیاه سرفه بر اساس راهنمای تشخیصیWHO و CDC مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. بر اساس شدت علائم بالینی، بیماران به دو دسته شدید و متوسط تقسیم شدند. بیماران در گروه مورد تحت درمان با آزیترومایسین و ستریزین و ترامادول قرار گرفته ولی گروه شاهد فقط آزیترومایسین و ستریزین دریافت داشته اند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها: </span>در گروه مورد 43.33 درصد مرد و 56.66 درصد زن بودند، 53.33 درصد علائم شدید و 46.67 درصد علائم متوسط داشتند. در گروه شاهد 46.66 درصد مرد و 53.33 درصد زن بوده ‌اند که 56.66 درصد علائم شدید و 45.34درصد علائم متوسط داشتند. پس از یک هفته درمان در گروه مورد وضعیت سرفه در 23.33 درصد شدید و 20 درصد متوسط بود (p<0.05). اما در گروه شاهد، 43.33 درصد شدید و 33.33 درصد متوسط بود (p>0.05).<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج: </span>کاهش سریع تر و مناسب ‌تر در علائم بالینی بویژه سرفه، با داروی ترامادول با دوز مناسب می ‌تواند سبب بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران فوق گردد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span> Severe, tormenting and long-term coughing in patients suffering from pertussis causes disturbances in their and their families’ daily activity. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Tramadol on alleviating coughing and severity of symptoms in pertussis patients. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> Sixty cases of adult pertussis patients based on WHÔ and ÇDÇ guidelines were included in the study. Based on the severity of their clinical symptoms, they were divided into moderate and severe groups. The case group received Âzithromycine, Çetirizine and Tramadol but the control group received only Âzithromycine and Çetirizine. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span> The case group consisted of 13 male (43.33%) and 17 female (56.66%) patients: sixteen cases had severe and 14 cases moderate symptoms. The control group consisted of 14 male (46.66%) and 16 female (53.33%) patients: 17 cases had severe and 13 cases moderate symptoms.
