fa مقایسه اثر شامپوی پرمترین و لوسیون لیندن در درمان شپش سر در دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> شپش ‌ها از جمله انگل‌ های خارجی هستند که به دلیل انتقال عوامل بیماریزا چون تیفوس، تب راجعه و ... از دیرباز مورد توجه محققان مختلف بوده‌ اند. آلودگی به شپش سر در اکثر کشورهای جهان شایع بوده و بیشتر در گروه سنی 6 تا 11 سال دیده می‌ شود. این مطالعه به منظور ارزیابی روش ‌های مبارزه با آن در بین دانش ‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی در شهرستان املش استان گیلان صورت گرفته است.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها: </span>در این مطالعه از دو فرمولاسیون شامپو پرمترین 1 درصد و لوسیون لیندن 1 درصد به دو صورت مصرف شامپو توسط پژوهشگر و مصرف شامپو و لوسیون توسط بیمار بر روی 147 نفر (102 دختر و 45 پسر) آلوده که به شکل تصادفی از مدارس ابتدایی دخترانه و پسرانه شهرستان املش انتخاب شده بودند، استفاده شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد بین تاثیر دو فرمولاسیون شامپو و لوسیون در دانش ‌آموزان دختر و پسر تفاوت معنی ‌داری وجود دارد (p<0.05)، در حالی ‌که بین دو روش مصرف توسط بیمار و محقق رابطه معنی‌ داری مشاهده نمی ‌شود (p>0.05).<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج: </span>در صورت ارائه آموزش صحیح مصرف داروها و نکات بهداشتی به دانش ‌آموزان می ‌توان نتایج مطلوبی در پیشگیری و کنترل این بیماری دریافت نمود. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span> Lice are ecto-parasites that play an important role in the transmission of diseases such as typhus and relapsing fever, etc. and so they have attracted the attention of many researchers. Head lice are common in most of the countries and it is of high prevalence in children between 6-11 years old. The aim of this study is to evaluate methods of fighting head lice in primary school pupils in Âmlash, Guilan. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods: </span>Â total of 147 pupils infested with head lice (102 girls and 45 boys) were randomly selected from the primary schools of Âmlash and two formulations of permethrin shampoo 1% and lindane lotion 1% were employed. Ïn one group the shampoo was used with the help of the researcher and in the other group the infested pupils themselves used both the shampoo and the lotion. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span> Results indicated that there was a significant difference in the effect of the shampoo and lotion on the two genders (P<0.05).
