fa رابطه زاویه گردن و تنه استخوان ران با استئوآرتریت مفصل رانی لگنی [Hip] پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> استئوآرتریت شایع ترین بیماری مفاصل متحرک و محوری بدن است. علل بروز آن بدرستی شناخته شده نیست، تئوری های بیومکانیکی و بیولوژیکی برای علت آن مطرح شده است. ارتباط آناتومیک انتهای پروگزیمال فمور با استئوآرتریت هیپ مورد بحث می باشد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> این تحقیق بر روی 73 کشاورز که 34 نفر مبتلا به استئوآرتریت و 39 نفر سالم بودند انجام شد. نمونه ها، مراجعه کنندگان به کلینیک های ارتوپدی و رادیولوژی شهر ساری بودند. هر دو گروه از لحاظ وزن، سن و شغل همسان سازی شده و سپس زاویه گردن فمور در هر دو گروه بررسی گردید.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> میانگین زاویه گردن استخوان ران در هر دو گروه 133 درجه بوده و تفاوت معنی دار بین دو گروه وجود نداشت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> نتایج نشان داد که مقدار زاویه گردن و تنه استخوان ران در محدوده طبیعی، تاثیری بر میزان بروز استئوآرتریت این مفصل ندارد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span> Ôsteoarthrisis is the most common disease of mobile and axial joints, its etiology is not clearly known yet. Biomechanical and biological theories are suggested for its etiology. The relationship between proximal femoral anatomy and osteoarthrisis of the hip is under controversy. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods :</span> 73 individuals, 34 with osteoarthrisis and 39 control cases were included in the study. Both groups were matched for age, occupation and weight.
