fa بررسی شاخص های کیفیت گفتار در کودکان فارسی زبان طبیعی 5-4 ساله در شهرهای سمنان، بیرجند و تنکابن، سال 1383 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>توانایی زبانی در یک فرد از طریق پنج شاخص کیفیت گفتار؛ روانی گفتار، دقت گفتار، پیچیدگی گفتار، سرعت گفتار و میزان واژگان در دسترس بررسی می شود. این مطالعه چهار شاخص (به استثنای دقت گفتار) را در کودکان طبیعی فارسی زبان 5-4 ساله شهرهای سمنان، تنکابن و بیرجند بررسی می کند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روشها:</span> مطالعه از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی می باشد. تعداد 30 نمونه در هر شهر و جمعا 90 کودک از میان کودکان مهدهای کودک، پس از گرفتن آزمون انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. پس از جمع آوری نمونه های گفتاری، داده ها تحلیل و مشخصه های فرعی محاسبه شد و در نهایت نتایج حاصله در سه شهر با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و کروسکال والیس مقایسه گردید.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> میانگین طول پنج گفته طولانی و میانگین تعداد فعل در جمله در گفتار آزاد کودکان سمنانی به طور معنی داری از کودکان بیرجندی بیشتر بوده اما میانگین تعداد بندهای وابسته در جمله در گفتار توصیفی کودکان تنکابنی و بیرجندی بیشتر از کودکان سمنانی بود. همچنین غنای واژگانی در گفتار آزاد و سرعت گفتار آزاد و توصیفی کودکان بیرجندی از کودکان سمنانی و تنکابنی بیشتر و نهایتا میانگین طول گفته و در گفتار توصیفی کودکان سمنانی از کودکان تنکابنی بیشتر بود. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> گویش بر شاخص های کیفیت گفتار فرد تاثیر می گذارد. بنابراین بایستی در ارزیابی، تشخیص و درمان اختلالات زبانی کودکان دارای گویش های مختلف، تفاوت های مربوط به کیفیت گفتار آنها را در نظر گرفت. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose: </span>We can examine the language abilities of a person through five parameters of speech quality including speech fluency, speech complexity, speech exactness, speech rate and lexical accessibility. These parameters are examined by the secondary parameters including mean length of utterance (MLÜ), mean length of five long utterances, mean number of verb in sentence, mean number of bound clause in sentence and richness of vocabulary. We have examined four parameters except the speech exactness in normal Persian children of 4-5 years old in Semnan, Birjand and Tonekabon cities. These parameters were then compared between children. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods :</span> 90 children were selected nurseries through testing and they were divided into three groups including 30 subjects from. Âfter examining the children’s speech, they were analyzed and secondary parameters were determined. Finally we compared the results through statistical tests. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results : </span>Semnani children’s MLÜ of descriptive speech exceeds tonekaboni children. Semnani children’s mean length of five long utterances of free speech exceeds Birjandi children. Semnani children’s mean number of verb in sentence of free speech exceeds Birjandi children, Birjandi and Toneckaboni children’s mean number of bound clause in sentence of descriptive speech exceeds Semnani children. Birjandi children’ richness of vocabulary of free speech exceeds Semnani and Toneckaboni children.
