fa ارزیابی تشخیص صحیح بالینی بازال سل کارسینومای اطراف پلک پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>بازال سل کارسینوما شایع ترین بدخیمی پلک ها است که غالبا اشتباه تشخیص داده می شود. با توجه به اهمیت تشخیص صحیح بالینی در پیش آگهی و درمان این بیماری، و مراجعه اکثر این بیماران به متخصصین چشم، میزان تشخیص صحیح بالینی و شاخص ظن بالینی درچشم پزشکان ارزیابی شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روشها:</span> طی یک بررسی پنج ساله و گذشته نگر در کلیه مراکز آسیب شناسی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان با استفاده از روشLightstone شاخص ظن بالینی و تشخیص صحیح بالینی بازال سل کارسینوما در متخصصین چشم پزشکی محاسبه شد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> میزان تشخیص صحیح بالینی 72.7 درصد و شاخص بالینی 87.8درصد بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج: </span>میزان تشخیص صحیح بالینی در این گروه از پزشکان بسیار خوب و مطابق با مطالعات سایر نقاط دنیا و قابل مقایسه با میزان تشخیص صحیح بالینی در متخصصین پوست بود، ولی شاخص ظن بالینی در مقایسه با سایر بررسی ها بسیار پایین تر بود و به عبارتی ظن بالینی همکاران چشم پزشک در مورد بازال سل کارسینومای اطراف پلک باید افزایش یابد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose : </span>Basal cell carcinoma is the most common malignancy of the eyelids and is frequently misdiagnosed. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods </span>: The diagnostic accuracy and index of suspicion of basal cell carcinoma of the periorbital region for ophthalmologist were calculated by Lightstones method.
