fa تأثیر گردن درد مکانیکال مزمن بر کنترل حرکتی عضلات گردن؛ مروری نظام مند بر مطالعات گذشته فيزيوتراپي Physiotherapy مروری Review <p dir="RTL">سابقه و هدف: یکی از مشکلات همراه با گردن درد، ایجاد تغییراتی در کنترل عصبی- عضلانی عضلات ناحیه گردن است. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر مروری نظام مند بر مطالعات گذشته ای بوده است که به بررسی تأثیر گردن درد مکانیکال مزمن بر کنترل عصبی- عضلانی عضلات ناحیه گردن پرداخته‌اند.</p> <p dir="RTL">مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک حاضر جستجوی مقالات در فاصله زمانی1990تا 2014 در منابع اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span>،<span dir="LTR"> ProQuest</span>،<span dir="LTR"> Medlib</span>،<span dir="LTR"> EMBASE</span>،<span dir="LTR"> Scopus</span>،<span dir="LTR"> Google scholar</span>و<span dir="LTR"> PubMed,</span> انجام شد. از کلمات کلیدی <span dir="LTR">Neck Pain</span>، <span dir="LTR">Motor Control</span>، <span dir="LTR">Electromyography</span> و <span dir="LTR">Cervical Muscles</span> به عنوان کلیدواژه استفاده شد. در کل 15 مقاله،که به بررسی فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات گردن توسط الکترومیوگرافی سطحی در بیماران مبتلا به گردن درد مکانیکال مزمن پرداخته بودند، انتخاب شدند. طرح اصلی همه مقالات مورد- شاهد بود. تفاوت‌هایی میان مقالات از نظر روش انجام مطالعه، محل و نوع عضله مورد بررسی، تعداد نمونه و بررسی عضلات حین فعالیت‌های مختلف مشاهده گردید. همه مطالعات براساس طرح و عملکرد طبق جدول <span dir="LTR">Hailey</span> از <span dir="LTR">A</span> تا <span dir="LTR">E</span> رتبه‌بندی شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL">یافته‌ها: مطالعات نشان دادند که فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات عمقی گردن درگروه بیمار نسبت به‌گروه کنترل کاهش می‌یابد. هم‌چنین فعالیت عضلات سطحی گردن در بیماران به صورت جبرانی نسبت به افراد سالم افزایش چشمگیری خواهد داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL">استنتاج: با بروز گردن درد در استراتژی‌های کنترل حرکت ناحیه گردن تغییراتی ایجاد می‌شود. فعالیت الکتریکی لایه‌های مختلف عضلانی و ویژگی‌های ساختاری عضلات در حضور درد تغییر خواهد کرد.</p> <p><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> Changes in neuromuscular control of the neck muscles, is one of the problems associated with neck pain. The purpose of the present study was to review the previously published studies concerning the effect of chronic neck pain on neuromuscular control of cervical region.</p> <p><strong>Materials and methods:</strong> A literature search was performed for the studies published in 1990-2014 in some databases including ProQuest, Google scholar, Medlib, PubMed, Science direct, Scopus, and EMBASE. Neck pain, motor control, electromyography, and cervical muscles were the search keywords. Fifteen articles that reviewed cervical muscles&rsquo; activities in patients with chronic mechanical neck pain by surface electromyography were included. All studies had a case-control design. There were some variations among the studies in terms of methodology, location and type of the muscle, sample size, and investigation of muscles during different tasks. The studies were rated as &lsquo;A&rsquo; to &lsquo;E&rsquo; based on Hailey&rsquo;s study design and performance.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> According to some studies the activity of the deep cervical muscles reduced in patients compared to that of the controls.
