fa شکستگی آلت تناسی در مردان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شهید بهشتی بابل، سال 83-1375 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> شکستگی آلت تناسلی در جوامع و فرهنگ های مختلف به دلایل متعددی از قبیل مقاربت جنسی در وضعیت غیر عادی، خودارضایی و ضربه مستقیم ایجاد می گردد. هدف از این مطالعه کسب آگاهی از فراوانی، علل و ضایعات همراه به خصوص پارگی پیشابراه در این بیماران بوده تا بتوان با آگاهی و شناسایی علل در پیشگیری از ضایعه و عوارض آن گامی موثر برداشت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی – مقطعی بوده و بر روی کلیه مردان مراجعه کننده به علت شکستگی آلت تناسلی (84 مورد) به بیمارستان شهید بهشتی بابل (83-1375) انجام شد. داده ها با پرسشنامه جمع آوری و با نرم افزار آماری SPSS و روش های آماری کای دو و تی تست تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> در طی مدت مطالعه، 84 بیمار به علت شکستگی آلت تناسلی به بیمارستان مراجعه کردند. میانگین سنی نمونه ها 28±4.7 سال و اکثریت آنان (78 درصد) مجرد بودند. مهم ترین شکایت بالینی، درد (36 درصد) و تورم آلت (30 درصد) بود. علل زمینه ای ایجاد کننده شکستگی؛ خود ارضایی (74 درصد)، آمیزش جنسی (18 درصد) و اطلاعات مشکوک و تروما و جسم خارجی (8 درصد) بود. فراوانی پارگی پیشابراه در این بیماران (8 درصد) بود و ارتباط معنی داری بین علل زمینه ای ایجاد شکستگی و پارگی پیشابراه وجود داشت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> با توجه به درصد زیاد موارد شکستگی آلت به علت دستکاری در بین جوانان، آموزش این گروه در مورد پیامدها و عوارض مهم این مشکل، می تواند نقش مهمی در پیشگیری و درمان به موقع این ضایعه و عوارض آن داشته باشد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose : </span>Penile fracture is the rupture of the corpus cavernousum due to trauma to the erect penis , which has various background etiologies in different countries according to their habits. The aim of this study was to determine and evaluate the frequency, etiologies and complications of penile fracture in our geographic area. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Material and Methods :</span> This analytical-cross sectional study was performed via census sampling among men referred to Sh. Beheshti Hospital of Babol Medical University during 1995 to 2004. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square, Fisher`s exact and T-test using SPSS release 12. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results :</span> 84 patients with penile fracture (mean age of 18.1 years) were studied. The frequency was higher in single patients (78%) than married ones. The most important complaint of patients with penile fracture was penile pain (36%), hematoma (30%), and penile swelling (12%). Background factors were manipulation of erect penis (74%), sexual intercourse (18%) trauma to erect pennies (8%). Urethral ruptures were seen in 8% of all patients with feacture. There were significant differences between urethral rupture and background etiologies (P=0.000) and marrital status (p=0.000) as 90% of the cases were single patient, referred to hospital due to manipulation of erect pennies (P=0.000). <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion :</span> High frequency of penile manipulation among young boys in the study area in comparison with other studies results in penile fracture but subsequent urethral rupture was uncommon among men.
