fa بررسی رعایت استانداردها در بخش های پرتونگاری تشخیصی بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران، سال 1382 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> از آنجا که بخش های تصویربرداری گران ترین بخش بیمارستان به لحاظ تجهیزات بوده و از طرفی فن آوری تجهیزات رادیولوژی دایما در حال تحول است، توجه به استانداردهای بین المللی و کشوری ضروری به نظر می رسد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی وضعیت بخش های رادیولوژی تشخیصی بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران و مقایسه آن با استانداردهای تعیین شده برای این بخش ها از طرف سازمان های معتبر ملی و بین المللی (ICRP NCRP ICRU) می باشد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> در این بررسی توصیفی رعایت استانداردها در بخش های پرتونگاری تشخیصی بیمارستان های آموزشی و غیرآموزشی (1382) با استفاده از پرسش نامه سه قسمتی؛ که وضعیت فضای فیزیکی، اطلاعات پرسنلی و وسایل حفاظت فردی آنان و بیماران و وضعیت دستگاه پرتونگاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اطلاعات به دست آمده از طریق پرسش نامه، دوزیمتر و دماسنج با مقادیر استاندارد مقایسه گردید و وضعیت کمی و کیفی تجهیزات پزشکی بخش های پرتونگاری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که میانگین هم خوانی وضعیت موجود با استانداردهای بین المللی 50 درصد می باشد. هم چنین هیچ یک از بخش های رادیولوژی دارای تاریک خانه استاندارد و علایم هشدار دهنده کافی نبوده و در 63 درصد این مراکز هیچ گونه بایگانی درباره حفاظت پرسنل از تابش وجود نداشت. اتاق رادیوگرافی به میزان 60 درصد، پوشش حفاظتی 51 درصد و عدم نشت پرتو به میزان 47 درصد دارای اشکال و نقص بودند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج:</span> با توجه به نتایج تحقیق و اختلاف معنی دار بین میزان رعایت استانداردها در بخش های پرتونگاری و استانداردهای بین المللی، لزوم پایش های دوره ای با فاصله زمانی هر سه ماه توصیه می گردد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose: </span>As radiography units of hospitals are normaly expensive and ever evolving, keeping them up to national and international standard are important. The purpose of this study was to study the conditions of radiology units and compare them with the ICRU NCRP and ICRP standards. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods :</span> Different variables have been considered to evaluate the conditions of diagnostic radiology unit. Referring to the latest standard, questionnaire was designed composing of there sections about a: space provided, b: personal data and protective device for patients and staff C: and radiology instrument and dark room devices. Detective dosimeter and thermometer were used too. The collected data were compared with the standards in order to qualitatively evaluate the instruments. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results :</span> Data were collected through observation, interviewing and questionnaire. Results show that the situations of the radiology units are 50% of international standard. The results showed that, none of the dark rooms are standard, and are not equipped with proper alarming signal. In 63% of these units there was no filing system on staff protection against radiation.
