fa بررسی آگاهی بیماران سرطانی از منشور حقوق بیمار و رعایت آن در بیمارستان ها پرستاری nursing پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <p dir="RTL">سابقه و هدف: تحقیقات در زمینه حقوق بیمار در ایران در دهه گذشته زیاد انجام شده است اما در زمینه آگاهی و رعایت حقوق بیماران سرطانی مطالعه چندانی انجام نگرفته است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی آگاهی بیماران سرطانی از منشور حقوق بیمار در بیمارستان انجام گرفته است.</p> <p dir="RTL">مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) ساری در سال1393 انجام شد. با200 بیمار سرطانی در بخش انکولوژی به صورت رودر رو مصاحبه شد. اطلاعات در قالب پرسش نامه چهار قسمتی بر اساس منشور حقوق بیمار جمع‌آوری گردید و آنالیز داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 10<span dir="LTR">SPSS </span>&nbsp;انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL">یافته‌ها: 5/56 درصد از بیماران، مرد با میانگین سنی 62/16&plusmn; 5/55 سال بودند و اکثریت بی‌سواد( 34درصد) و کم‌سواد (17 درصد) بودند. اکثریت (79 درصد) منشور حقوق بیمار را ندیده بودند وتنها 16 درصد بیماران اطلاعاتی در حد کم داشتند. در مورد وضعیت رعایت حقوق بیماران اکثریت (98 درصد) رعایت دو مورد &quot;دریافت مفاد منشور حقوق بیمار در زمان پذیرش&quot; و &quot;دریافت ضوابط و هزینه‌های قابل پیش‌بینی در زمان پذیرش&quot; را در حد ضعیف اعلان نمودند. هم‌چنین بین نمرات آگاهی از منشور و سطح تحصیلات، داشتن شغل و درآمد رابطه معنی داری مشاهده شد (000/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL">استنتاج: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که بیماران از حقوق خودشان آگاهی ندارند و برای افزایش سطح آگاهی نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی جامع وکاملی است.</p> <p><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> Many studies investigated patient rights in Iran in the past decade, but there is few information on the awareness of cancer patients about their rights. This study was conducted to evaluate the awareness of hospitalized cancer patients about patient bill of rights.</p> <p><strong>Materials and methods:</strong> In a cross-sectional study 200 patients with cancer in oncology ward in Sari Imam Khomeini Hospital were recruited and face to face interviews were conducted (in 2014). Information was collected in a four-part survey questionnaire based on patient bill of rights. Data analysis was performed in SPSS10.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The patients were 56.5% males and the mean age was 55.5&plusmn;16.62 years. Among the patients 34% were illiterate and 17% were found to be with low literacy. The majority of the participants (79%) had not seen the patient bill of rights and 16% had low information about that. Also, most of the participants (98%) reported poor performance of the hospital staff in providing the patients with the contents of patient bill of rights at the time of registration and conditions and treatment costs at the time of admission.
