fa گزارش یک مورد وجود همزمانآدنوکارسینوم اولیه آندومتر و سل سیستم تناسلی پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> مهمترین علت خونریزی بعد از منوپوز سرطان آندومتر است ولی سل سیستم تناسلی علت فقط یک درصد متروراژی بعد از منوپوز است. وجود همزمان این دو بیماری بسیار نادر می‌باشد. در این گزارش خانم 67 ساله ای معرفی می‌شود که به علت خونریزی بعد از منوپوز و درد لگنی لاپاراتومی و هیسترکتومی شد. در بررسی هیستولوژیک رحم آدنوکارسینوم آندومتریوئید آندومتر با گرید یک و درگیری کمتر از نیمی از ضخامت آندومتر دیده شد. تومور با واکنش گرانولومایی وسیع به صورت توبرکل‌های فراوان متشکل از سلول‌های اپیتلیوئید، سلول‌های غول آسای چند هسته‌ای نوع لانگهانس و نکروز کازئوز مرکزی همراه بود. این گرانولوماها در مجاورت تومور در آندومتر و میومتر، اندوسرویکس، تخمدان راست و غدد لنفاوی لگنی وجود داشت. گرچه وجود همزمان سرطان آندومتر و سل بسیار نادر است ولی ممکن است در بیمارانی دیده شود که در نواحی با شیوع بالای سل زندگی می‌کنند. </div> The most important cause of postmenopausal bleeding is endometrial cancer but tuberculosis accounts for only 1% of the postmenopausal metrorrhagia. The association of these two disorders is extremely rare. The presented case is a 58-year-old postmenopausal woman complaining of a bloody vaginal discharge and pelvic pain. The laparatomy was performed and histologic examination of the uterus disclosed an endometrioid endometrial carcinoma, grade G1 invading less than one-half of the myometrial thickness. The tumor was associated with an extensive granulomatous reaction, with numerous tubercles composed of epithelioid cells, multinucleated giant cells of Langhans type and central caseation necrosis. These granulomas were seen close to the carcinoma in the Endometrium and far from the neoplasm in the myometrium, endocervix, right ovary and pelvic lymph nodes.
