fa همه گیرشناسی مبتلایان به سرطان ریه مراجعه کننده به کلینیک طوبی و بیمارستان امام خمینی ساری در دوره زمانی 1389 الی 1393 Epidemiology of Lung Cancer Patients Attending Tooba Clinic and Imam Khomeini Hospital, Sari, Iran 2010-2014 اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) سابقه و هدف: سرطان ریه یکی از مشکلات بهداشت عمومی در سراسر جهان می‌باشد. توصیف ویژگیهای اپیدمیولوژیکی مبتلایان می‌تواند نقش ارزنده ای در زمینه‌سازی برای طراحی مطالعات تحلیلی ایفا نماید.  لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف همه‌گیرشناسی مبتلایان به سرطان ریه مراجعه کننده به کلینیک طوبی و بیمارستان امام ساری طراحی شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی بوده است. حجم نمونه شامل 229 نفر بیمار  مبتلا به سرطان ریه می‌باشد که به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. داده‌ها جهت آنالیز وارد نرم افزار SPSS ver. 22 گردید. از آزمون‌های توصیفی و تحلیلی برای آنالیز استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: از 229 بیمار، 2/74درصد مرد بوده‌اند. میانگین سن مردان برابر 6/12±4/63 سال و  میانگین سن زنان برابر 01/12±6/64 سال بوده است. این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبوده است(534/0=P). بیش‌تر نمونه‌ها (6/78 درصد از رده کارسینوم ریه غیر سلول کوچک و روش تشخیص 9/88 درصد بیماران بیوپسی بوده است. همچنین لب فوقانی ریه راست (3/22 درصد) و لب فوقانی ریه چپ (8/18 درصد) به ترتیب بیش‌ترین محل درگیری را تشکیل داده‌اند. مرحله بندی 1/85 درصد بیماران IV و نوع درمان اکثریت بیماران (57 درصد) شیمی‌درمانی بوده است. استنتاج: این مطالعه نشان داد که بیش‌تر مبتلایان به سرطان ریه را مردان تشکیل داده‌اند و میانگین سن مبتلایان زن اندکی بیش‌تر از مردان بوده است. هم‌چنین اکثریت مبتلایان از رده کارسینوم ریه غیرسلول کوچک بوده‌اند. لازم به ذکر است که اکثریت بیماران در زمان تشخیص در مرحله(Stage) بالا قرار داشتند که حاکی از تشخیص بیماری در مرحله پیشرفته و متاستاز بیماری است.   Background and purpose: Lung cancer is a public health problem worldwide. Identifying the epidemiological characteristics of involved patients can play an important role in designing analytical studies. The aim of this study was to identify the epidemiology of patients with lung cancer attending Tooba clinic and Imam Khomeini Hospital in Sari, Iran. Materials and methods: In this descriptive study, a sample size of 229 patients with lung cancer were chosen using census sampling. SPSS V22 was used for data analysis applying descriptive and analytic tests. Results: Of 229 patients, 74.2% were males. The mean ages of male and female patients were 63.4±12.6 and 64.6±12.01, respectively, indicating no significant difference between the two groups (P=0.534). The majority of samples (78.6%) had non-small-cell-lung cancer and the method of diagnosis was biopsy in 88.9%.  The most and least common sites of involvement were the upper edge of the right lung (22.3%) and the upper lobe of the left lung (18.8%), respectively. Among the patients, 85.1% were in stage IV and chemotherapy was the main treatment in most of the patients (57%). Conclusion: This study showed that men were more infected with lung cancer. We found that the average age of female patients was slightly more than that of male patients. Most of the patients were diagnosed with non-small cell lung carcinoma.
