fa بررسی IgE اختصاصی نسبت به کپک های آلرژنیک در بیماران مبتلا به آسم شهر ساری، سال 1382 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>آسم از بیماری های مزمن ریوی است که به دو صورت آسم آلرژیک و آسم غیر آلرژیک طبقه بندی می شود. قارچ ها با توجه به حضور گسترده در طبیعت و در همه فصول جایگاه ویژه ای در بین آلرژن ها دارند و در بروز حالات آسمی آلرژیک نقش ایفا می کنند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزانIgE اختصاصی سرمی نسبت به کپک های آلرژنیک شایع در بیماران مبتلا به آسم در شهر ساری می باشد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> در این مطالعه 84 بیمار مبتلا به آسم، با معیارهای معرفی شده در هاریسون، ساکن شهر ساری و مراجعه شده به بیمارستان امام (ره) به صورت نمونه برداری مستمر انتخاب شدند. برای اندازه گیری IgE تام وIgE اختصاصی نسبت به قارچ های آسپرژیلوس نایجر، کلادوسپوریوم و آلترناریا آلترناتا به ترتیب ازکیت های طراحی شده به وسیله شرکت GENESIS و ALerCHEK Allergen specific human IgE و بر اساس دستورالعمل شرکت سازنده استفاده گردید.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> نتایج نشان داد که IgE تام57.1 درصد افراد بالاتر از حد نرمال (IU/ml 188) بود. و هم چنین، IgE اختصاصی علیه آلترناریا آلترناتا 20.2 درصد، در مورد کلادوسپوریوم 19 درصد و آسپرژیلوس نایجر 1/1 درصد بود 10.7 درصد بیماران به طور هم زمان از نظر IgE اختصاصی علیه کلادوسپوریوم و آلترناریا آلترناتا مثبت بودند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج :</span> اگرچه IgE تام بالاتر از حد نرمال و نیز IgE اختصاصی علیه کلادوسپوریوم و آلترناریا در گروه های مختلف تفاوت هایی نشان داد، اما این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود. هم چنین مشخص شد اکثر افراد دارای IgE اختصاصی نسبت به کلادوسپوریوم و آلترناریا آلترناتا دارای IgE تام بالاتر از حد نرمال بود. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose: </span>Âsthma is a chronic disease that is classified in two types, Âllergic and non-Âllergic. Ïn allergic type allergens such as fungi induce asthmatic reactions. Ünlike the most common allergens such as mite, pollen and chemicals, fungal spore, as an allergen is ubiquitous and present in different seasons. The aim of this study was the determine the incidence of ÏgË to common allergenic mold in asthmatic patients from Sari city. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods : </span>Â total of 84 asthmatic patients froms sari city were selected using sequenctial sampling method. Sera of all patients were tested for ÏgË total and specific ÏgË against Âspergillus niger, Çladosporium and Âlternaria alternate using GËNËSÏS and ÂlerÇHËK’S Âllernaria specific human ÏgË kit, respectively. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results :</span> 57.14% of the patients had total ÏgË of more than normal range. Prevalence of specific ÏgË for Âlternaria (20.4%) ranked the first, followed by Çladospronium (19.05%) and Âspergillus niger (1.10%). 10.71% of the patients had specific ÏgË to Âlternaria and Çladosporium, concurrently. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Çonclusion:</span> The results of this study showed that in spite of high incidence of the total ÏgË and specific ÏgË against Âlternaria alternata and Çladosporium in the special age group, there was no significant relation with age and sex.
