fa مقایسه نگرش جنسی در زوجین بارور و نابارور پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) چکیده سابقه و هدف: ناباروری به عنوان یکی از تجربیات تلخ و استرس‌زای زندگی مشترک زوجین، می‌تواند بر جنبه‌های مختلف روابط زناشویی از جمله روابط جنسی و نگرش نسبت به آن تأثیرگذار باشد. از این رو این‌ پژوهش با هدف مقایسه نگرش جنسی زوج‌های بارور و نابارور انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 50 زوج نابارور (100 زن و شوهر) مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز نازایی حضرت مریم شهرستان ساری و 50 زوج بارور (100 زن و شوهر) به روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی (در دسترس) انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات لازم به وسیله پرسشنامه‌ اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسشنامه نگرش جنسی گردآوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های t مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و دانکن و با استفاده از برنامه نرم‌افزاری 16- SPSS و در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0p< انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مؤلفه رفتاری نگرش جنسی زوجین بارور به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از زوجین بارور بود و بین نگرش جنسی و مؤلفه‌هایش در چهار گروه (بارورها و نابارورها به تفکیک زن و مرد) تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. بین نگرش جنسی همسران، هم در بارورها و هم در نابارورها همبستگی مثبت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. بین سن و تحصیلات با نگرش جنسی زنان و بین سن، مدت ازدواج و شغل با نگرش جنسی مردان، در بارورها و نابارورها همبستگی معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. بین مدت ازدواج با نگرش جنسی زنان بارور همبستگی منفی و بین تحصیلات با نگرش جنسی مردان، در بارورها و نابارورها همبستگی مثبت معنی‌داری وجود داشت. استنتاج: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان گفت ناباروری بر نگرش جنسی و مؤلفه‌های احساسی و شناختی آن در زوجین نابارور تأثیری ندارد و مؤلفه رفتاری (تمایل و آمادگی برای انجام عمل جنسی) نگرش جنسی است که تحت تأثیر پیامدهای ناباروری و درمان آن در نابارورها، کاهش می‌یابد. Abstract Background and purpose: Infertility as a major source of stress influences numerous aspects of couples' life like sex and sexual attitude. So the aim of this study was to compare sexual attitude among fertile and infertile couples. Materials and methods: In a cross-sectional study, fifty infertile couples who referred to St.Mary’s infertility center in Sari and fifty fertile couples were selected by non-random sampling method. They completed the demographic inventory and sexual attitude questionnaire. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and Duncan test using SPSS- 16 all at significant level of P<0.05. Results: The results showed that fertile couples had more positive attitude toward sex in the behavioral aspect of sexual attitude than infertile couples. However, no any significant difference was found in sexual attitudes of fertile and infertile women and also fertile and infertile men. Either fertile or infertile, there was a positive significant between women’s sexual attitude with their partners. Neither fertile nor infertile, there was not a significant correlation between age and education with sexual attitude in women, and between age, period of marriage and job with sexual attitude in men. In addition, there was a negative significant correlation between fertile women’s sexual attitude with their period of marriage, and a positive significant correlation between men’s sexual attitude with their education on both fertile and infertile couples.
