Abstract
Background and purpose: Nursing is a profession that establishes various cultural and social communications in the context of work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and perception of the nurses working in educational hospitals about the professional communication experiences.
Materials and methods: This study is a qualitative research using phenomenology method. Thirteen semi-structured interviews were carried out with 11 female and 2 male nurses. They described their experiences related to professional communication. The interviews were recorded and transcribed and the data were then analyzed using the Çolizzii analysis method.
Results: Seven themes emerged from the data showing the nurses perception and description of the communication with patients, colleagues, nursing supervisors and physicians. The following themes showed the experienced patterns of communication by the nurses: being special, altruism, psychosocial support, updated knowledge and skills for interactions management, reaction to actions related to different factors, complement of patient-physician communication deficiency, and professional identity and socialization basis of communication.
Çonclusion: The findings revealed a clear image of participants’ experiences of communication in their profession. Recognition of nurses, description and perception of communication can present valuable data for professional planning and decreasing or eliminating the communication problems. Âlso improving the professional communication can guarantee the quality of professional services to the patients.

Abstract
Background and purpose: Bipolar disorder (BD) is a severe illness that has serious impacts on the lives of such patients and their families. Today families of individuals with BD are actively involved in providing care to their loved ones. Therefore, successful management of these patients relies significantly on the health of caregivers. The aim of this study was to explore the meaning of health according to family members who care for adult patients with BD.
Materials and methods: A phenomenological qualitative research was carried out in the family members caregiving to BD patients in Farshian Psychiatric Hospital, Hamedan, 2010. The subjects were selected using purposive sampling. By reaching data saturation the number of participants was 12. In order to collect the data in-depth interviews were conducted and then analyzed by Van Manen method.
Results: Six main themes with 14 subthemes were identified in this study including ‘living in hell’, ‘mental-emotional exhaustion’, ‘self-neglect’, ‘the need to receive support’, ‘condemned to isolation’ and ‘feelings of shame’.
Conclusion: This study underlines the necessity for comprehensive support among family caregivers of BD patients. Hence, support and interventions regarding such families’ health have to be considered by all mental health treatment providers.

Abstract
Background and purpose: The rising rate of Iranian runaway girls indicates a need for conducting deep studies on this issue. This study aimed at investigating the phenomenon of running away from home by studying the lived experience of the girls in a juvenile correction and rehabilitation center in Tehran, Iran.
Materials and methods: A qualitative phenomenological study was performed in which 12 female in correction and rehabilitation center were selected using purposive sampling. The lived experiences of the participants were studied by semi-structured interview. Then, the transcripts were analyzed applying interpretative phenomenology and Van Manen approach. Afterwards, the main themes, subthemes and semantic units were created.
Results: The thematic analysis resulted in three subthemes for turmoil in the family including disturbed family, lack of parental support and affection, and family's antisocial behaviors. All subthemes included some semantic units.
Conclusions: According to this study, deep attention is needed on lived experiences of runaway girls, psychotherapy sessions based on the main themes achieved in this research, and family therapy sessions based on improving the conflicts, especially in presence of key family members. Such actions in correction and rehabilitation centers helps the psychologists to rebuild the life of affected individuals after coming back home and prevent future problems.

Abstract
Background and purpose: Today, the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), as a pandemic disease, has a high incidence and mortality rate. The experiences of those who have recovered could be of great benefit in understanding and management of the disease. This study aimed at determining the experiences of patients who have recovered from COVID-19.
Materials and methods: A phenomenological study was performed in recovered COVID-19 patients (n=17) in Yavaran Mehdi Convalescent Care Center in Qom, Iran 2020. Purposive sampling was done and continued until data saturation was reached. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted. Data analysis was performed using Colaizzi method and MAXQDA 2018 was used to encode the data.
Results: Data analysis led to identification of 304 primary codes and 48 sub-concepts which
were adjusted into four main concepts, including perception of COVID-19, causes of the disease, symptoms, and patients' concerns.
Conclusion: The main concepts of imagining and thinking about COVID-19, causes, and routes of transmission, signs, and symptoms, and concerns associated with the disease are the main dimensions, so, academic centers are recommended to provide people with informative programs.
