fa مروری بر روش‌های مختلف مبارزه با پشه‌های مهاجم آئدس اجیپتی و آئدس آلبوپیکتوس An Overview of Different Control Methods of Invasive Aedes Aegypti and Aedes Albopictus حشره شناسی پزشکی Medical Entomology مروری Review سابقه و هدف: پشه‌های آئدس به ویژه گونه‌های آئدس اجیپتی و آئدس آلبوپیکتوس، به دلیل ویژگی‌های خاص بیولوژیکی و اکولوژیکی دارای سازگاری و قدرت استقرار بالا در شرایط آب و هوایی مختلف از جمله ایران بوده و به همین دلیل از آن‌ها به‌عنوان پشه‌های مهاجم نام برده می‌شود. این پشه‌ها که به‌عنوان یک مشکل جدی برای سلامت انسان شناخته شده‌اند، از نظر انتقال بیماری‌های آربوویروسی بسیار مهم از قبیل تب دانگ، چیکونگونیا، ویروس زیکا و تب زرد اهمیت بسیار زیادی دارند. باتوجه به اهمیت این بیماری‌ها بر نظام بهداشتی و سلامت انسان، و هم‌چنین گزارشات متعددی مبنی بر شیوع بیماری‌های آربوویروسی ازطریق پشه‌های آئدس در کشورهای مختلف، برنامه‌های مختلفی برای کنترل پشه‌های آئدس پیشنهاد شده است. در نتیجه معرفی روش‌های مناسب برای کنترل پشه‌های آئدس می‌تواند در کاهش انتقال این بیماری‌ها و حفظ سلامت انسان نقش قابل توجه‌ای را ایفا نماید. بنابراین، این مطالعه مروری با هدف ارزیابی کاربرد هر یک از روش‌های کنترل پشه‌های آئدس، انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مقاله یک مطالعه مروری روایتی در خصوص معرفی و کارآیی روش‌های مختلف کنترل پشه‌های آئدس است. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در مورد روش‌های کنترل آئدس اجیپتی و آئدس آلبوپیکتوس از پایگاه‌های داده‌های علمی بین‌المللی (Pub Med، Wb of Science، Google Scholar، (Sciencedirect, Scopus) Elsevier،Lilacs ) و داخلی (پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی (SID)، کتابخانه پزشکی ایرانی (medlib)، بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور (magiran)، مرجع دانش (civilica)، بدون محدودیت زمانی- زبانی گردآوری گردیده است. اطلاعات گردآوری شده براساس عملکرد هر یک از روش‌های ذکر شده استخراج، دسته‌بندی، تحلیل و در تدوین این مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در نهایت از مجموع 10202 مقاله استخراجی و با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای خروج و ورود تعداد 123 مقاله در این پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: به طور کلی اهداف مربوط به استفاده از روش‌های مختلف کنترل پشه‌های آئدس بسته به کشور مورد نظر، شرایط اپیدمیولوژیک، منابع و اولویت‌های محلی متفاوت است، اما در یک قالب کلی، به ترتیب پیشگیری از بیماری، کاهش جمعیت پشه ها و قطع انتقال بیماری، جلوگیری از استقرار پشه‌ها و شیوع بیماری، کاهش مزاحمت‌ها و در نهایت شناسایی گونه/گونه‌های مهاجم جدید در اولویت قرار دارند. مناسب‌ترین روش‌های کنترل آئدس‌ها به پنج دسته تقسیم می‌شوند. دسته‌ها شامل، روش‌های محیطی که در برگیرنده کاهش زیستگاه‌ها و منابع رشدی پشه‌ها است، روش‌های شیمیایی که مبتنی بر استفاده از انواع حشره‌کش‌های شیمیایی و تنظیم کننده‌های رشد حشرات است، روش‌های مکانیکی که شامل استفاده از انواع تله‌ها است، روش‌های بیولوژیک که شامل استفاده از انواع دشمنان طبیعی است و روش‌های ژنتیکی که در برگیرنده مهندسی ژنتیک و تکنیک‌های عقیم‌سازی پشه‌ها است، می‌باشد. لازم به ذکر است که هر کدام از این روش‌ها می‌تواند نقش قابل توجه‌ای در استقرار پشه‌های آئدس و گسترش بیماری‌های آربوویروسی و در نتیجه کاهش موارد ابتلا و مرگ انسان در نظام سلامت و بهداشتی داشته باشد. استنتاج: باتوجه به معرفی روش‌های مختلف کنترل پشه‌های آئدس اجیپتی و آئدس آلبوپیکتوس و اولویت هر کدام از روش‌های کنترلی ارائه شده، ذکر این نکته ضروری است که روش کنترل آئدس‌ها بستگی زیادی به شرایط محیطی منطقه، مرحله استقرار پشه‌ها و نیز فاز جمعیتی پشه‌ها و بیماری‌های ناشی از آن دارد. بنابراین پیاده‌سازی و ارزیابی برنامه‌های کنترل پشه‌های آئدس از طریق روش‌های مختلف به ویژه مدیریت تلفیقی ناقلین امکان‌پذیر است که مستلزم دخالت و هماهنگی مقامات محلی، ملی و عموم جامعه در جهت رسیدن به اثرات کنترلی مقرون به صرفه و ماندگار است.   Background and purpose: Aedes mosquitoes, especially Aedes aegypti and A. albopictus, due to their special biological and ecological characteristics, have high adaptability and establishment power in different weather conditions, including Iran, and for this reason, they are called invasive mosquitoes. These mosquitoes, which are known as a serious problem for human health, are very important in terms of transmission of very important arboviral diseases such as dengue fever, chikungunya, Zika virus, and yellow fever. Considering the importance of these diseases on the health system and human health, as well as numerous reports of the spread of arboviral diseases through Aedes mosquitoes in different countries, various programs have been proposed to control Aedes mosquitoes. As a result, introducing suitable methods to control Aedes mosquitoes can play a significant role in reducing the transmission of these diseases and maintaining human health. Therefore, in this review, we evaluate the use of each of the Aedes mosquito control methods. Materials and methods: This article is a narrative review of the introduction and effectiveness of different methods of controlling Aedes mosquitoes. Collecting information about control methods of A. aegypti and A. albopictus has been compiled without time and language restrictions from international scientific databases including Pub Med, Web of Science, Google Scholar, (ScienceDirect, Scopus, Elsevier, Lilacs) and Internal databases including, Scientific Information Database(SID), Iranian Medical Library(MedLib), Magiran, Civilica. The information collected based on the performance of each of the mentioned methods was extracted, categorized, analyzed, and used in compiling this article. Finally, out of a total of 10202 extracted articles, 123 articles were used in this research considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: In general, the goals related to the use of different methods of controlling Aedes mosquitoes are different depending on the country, epidemiological conditions, resources, and local priorities. But overall, disease prevention, reduction of mosquito population, stopping of disease transmission, prevention of mosquito establishment, disease spread, reduction of nuisances and finally identification of new invasive species are prioritized. The most appropriate methods of controlling Aedes are divided into five categories: 1. Environmental methods that include reducing the habitats and growth resources of mosquitoes 2. Chemical methods that are based on the use of various insecticides chemicals and insect growth regulators 3. Mechanical methods that include the use of various traps 4. Biological methods that include the use of natural enemies 5. Genetic methods include genetic engineering and mosquito sterilization techniques. It should be noted that each of these methods can play a significant role in the establishment of Aedes mosquitoes and the spread of arboviral diseases, and as a result, reducing the number of cases of infection and death in the health system. Conclusion: Considering the introduction of different control methods for A. aegypti and A. albopictus and the priority of each of the control methods presented; it is important to mention that the method of controlling Aedes depends a lot on the environmental conditions of the region, the stage of mosquito establishment,  the population phase of mosquitoes and diseases caused by it.
