fa بررسی شیوع ناهنجاری های بارز دستگاه عصبی در متولدین بیمارستان ولی عصر زنجان، سال 81-1380 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>ناهنجاریمادرزادی یک علت شایع بیماری، ناتوانی و مرگ و میر است. شیوع آن 5-3 درصد در نوزادان زنده به دنیا آمده می باشد. درمان و ناتوانی معلولین ناشی از آن هزینه هنگفتی را به جامعه تحمیل می کند. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین فراوانی ناهنجاری بارز دستگاه عصبی در متولدین بیمارستان ولی عصر زنجان می باشد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها:</span> تحقیق یک بررسی توصیفی- مقطعی و جامعه پژوهش، تمام نوزادان متولد شده در بیمارستان ولی عصر زنجان (80.6.1 لغایت 81.3.8) می باشند که حداقل یک بار توسط پزشک معاینه شده باشند. داده ها با مشاهده و معاینه جمع آوری و آزمایش شد و سپس با برنامه SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> از 2250 نوزاد تولد یافته، 14 نوزاد با ناهنجاری بارز دستگاه عصبی (NTD) به دنیا آمد. بنابراین شیوع آن 6.2 در 1000تولد بود. شایع ترین ناهنجاری، اسپینابیفیداسیستیکا (مننگومیلوسل و مننگوسل) بود ( 71درصد).محل سکونت زندگی اکثر مادران نوزادان با ناهنجاری، روستا (78 درصد) و اکثر نوزادان با ناهنجاری لوله عصبی (NTD) ترم بودند (71 درصد). 21 درصد مادران، سابقه قبلی نوزاد با NTD و 42 درصد، سابقه سقط جنین داشتند. همچنین بین بروز ناهنجاری و وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی، رابطه معنی داری وجود داشت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج: </span>در مقایسه با میزان بروز NTD در کشورهای توسعه یافته (0.5-0.8 در 1000تولد)، شیوع ناهنجاری بارز دستگاه عصبی در مطالعه حاضر به طور چشمگیری بالا بود (6.2 در 1000 تولد). </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose :</span> Çongenital anomalies are common causes of mortality & morbidity in children. Ïts treatment and rehabilitation imposes high economic burden on the society. The oceurence of the defects in newborns with congenital, environmental or both factors is 3-5% . The purpose of this study was to evaluate the incidence of Gross congenital neural tube defect in newborns at obstetric center of the Vally-e-Âsr Hospital in Zanjan. Detection of correlation between N.T. D & the parameters such as the place of Mother’s residence, duration of pregnancy and past history of N.T.D in family were among the secondary objective. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods : </span>This was a cross-sectional prospective study done on all newborns that were visited at least once by physician and data were recorded in special form. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results : </span>From a total of 2250 newborns,14 had N.T.D. ( birth). The most common (N.T.D) was spina bifida-cystica (Meningomylo cele & then Meningocele) and mothers in this group were resident in villages (78 %) and 71% of newborns in this groups were term anomaly group, 98% of mothers had history of NTD and also 42% with history of abortion. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Çonclusion :</span> Çontrary to prevalence of NTD in the Ü.S. ( ), in our study the Gross anomaly of NTD was higher ( birth ).
